Service technicians arrived as scheduled (with advance text notifications) and provided a very quick installation that was performed with extreme care to avoid any damage to the house/furniture.

The Girl at Best buy was kind enough to call us when the Refrigerator was back in stock. it works Great, But the shelfs in the Refrigerator . Are REALLY bad, You can put milk or something flat its fine. BUT if you put a can or bottle on the shelf in the main part of the Frig. it will fall , Some times the Door won't shut right. But I wouldn't put it in my Kitchen ,It in good for a extra Refrigerator, We do not like the main Shelfs at all. No one installed.& it didn't come with a ice maker, But that's OK

The delivery crew was professional and polite. The only problem we had was we did not get the day before call to advise us of a delivery window and ours turned out to be the first of the day. They called when they were just 20 minutes away so we had to scramble to get ready.

Great refrigerator . Great for small family. Love the side by side plus great water and ice dispenser on freezer door.

the Geek Squad guys were great - they installed the fridge, ice maker water line, and hauled away my dead Kenmore....all in 30 minutes flat. they leveled the fridge, made sure it was working AOK, and gave a brief demo of the controls and how to change the water filter, too. money well spent!

The delivery and installation team were professional. I was told they were not Best Buy employees. They transported the freezer/ fridge to my basement. They plugged it in and told me to read the manual. The manual said it had to be upright for 2 hours before plugging in as the compressor fluids had to settle. I am hoping no issues arise. The guys connected the handle and installed the shelves.and removed my old unit. They were careful of my property.

I didn't have it connected as there was no existing water line, but if the knowledge of the men who delivered it is any indication I think they would have done it right. They went over everything about the refrigerator with me, even down to the cleaning of it. Super nice and very knowledgeable men.
