They did an excellent job. Very quick and efficient. Very polite. Had the Fridge install in no time. Didn't leave a mess.

I had my refrigerator delivered previously, but due to an issue with the kitchen, it was not able to be installed. I called best by to have the install completed including hooking up water supply line. My kitchen had some awkward dimensions that would make getting the appliance into the spot difficult but doable. The attitude I got from the delivery personnel was not appreciated, but after some persistence on my part they "gave it a try" and aside from scuffing up my walls a bit they got the fridge installed with about 3 mm to spare and I was happy with the work.

The item itself is OK for the price. This is a "basement" refrigerator for us so I'm probably spoiled with my GE Profile that is our main frig. The installation however I would give a one star. The "team" that did the install was terrible. The man was rude, barely even grunted at us. The woman was very nice and friendly but I don't feel she was very well trained.

The delivery crew was very careful bringing our fridge in and placing it in the kitchen. We had a water line pre-installed in the wall and all they had to do was connect the stainless steel line and it was all set. The crew made sure everything was ok before they left.

The delivery guys did a tremendous job installing this unit. All functioned perfectly. After they left, I noticed the right door was a bit higher than the left. I called Best Buy and they sent the guys out to correct this the next day or so. Great service! I was impressed.

Good professional installation. Prior communication with scheduling the installation was quick and prompt. Delivery was on time and they did a good job.

The install crew was GREAT; they were knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn't give a 5 because of the screwups with delivery time and emails continuing with upcoming times even after the delivery and installation had been completed! It makes no sense to provide customers with a block of time if you are going to change the time multiple times on the day of delivery including only giving a 15 minute notice that you are coming several hours early.

Sleek, well-designed side-by-side refrigerator and freezer are perfect for contemporary kitchen with counter-depth appliances. Not having raised door handles adds extra space between counters and kitchen island.

The installation of my refrigerator went very well. The installers were thorough and fast. They cleaned up too.

Was unable to install frig on first trip due to kitchen door being in the way, but was able to easily reschedule and they came back put everything together nicely and moved our old frig to the garage. Nice work

I actually hooked up the water line myself in the basement but the Best Buy guys did the rest, they are friendly careful and skilled appliance movers..

The guys who delivered and installed my new fridge were friendly, professional and knew exactly what the were doing.

I had a very frustrating experience with this product and the delivery process with Best Buy. I had to have the refrigerator be sent back and a new one delivered 4 different times due to the product being damaged in some way. Also, the Fridge is wrapped in plastic and each time it was delivered it was removed by the delivery team in a way that left remaining plastic along the edges that would have been very time consuming to remove. The final delivery we had the plastic left on so that we could remove the entire plastic ourselves in a way that didn’t leave residual plastic in the edges. After months of dealing with these issues the fridge is finally installed. It works well and looks pretty but I don’t know if it was worth the 10+ hours spent having to deal with the multiple delivery’s and phone calls with best buy and errors made by best buy along the way. I can’t say I will be purchasing an appliance from Best Buy again.

delivery and installation went smoother than I could have imagined-- not very happy with the fit of the drawers-- and wished I'd been given a bit more explanation on filter changes -- so far the frig is doing its job
