Excellent service. Jorge and Edgar showed up exactly on time. They were total professionals. The guys had to carry the new fridge up multiple flights of steps to my unit, and did it without a complaint. They were courteous, quick and friendly. I also had the haul-away option on my order. They removed the massive old "fridge-beast" seamlessly. It was a challenging job considering all of the steps. I really appreciate the high quality service I have experienced with Best Buy and the delivery/installation teams. Also, the prices, and availability of product is impressive. Thank You! Just moved into our new home and purchased a new refrigerator to go with it. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with it. The team that installed our appliances was great - very careful and respectful of our new home. Appliances are all where we wanted them and have been working great.

Once refrigerator was installed and hooked up it was great. Ice maker is great I love the size. It just me alone and has room and the drawers are in right place for me.

The installation team was OUTSTANDING! They called when they were on the way and took meticulous care in bringing the refrigerator into the house and removing the old one. They went the extra mile and cleaned the interior and exterior of the appliance and fully explained how to adjust the shelving and all the features as well as leveling the appliance. Lastly, they made sure everything was clean in the appliance area before they departed and asked if we had any questions. These guys are professionals and I was very glad they did my install.

The two gentlemen were very compassionate and understanding toward my 8485 your old mother. They came in remove the old refrigerator cleaned and then placed the new refrigerator and stood there until it called up to be sure it worked. Excellent

First of all they come on time, I was thinking they might not connect to the existing water line because I didn’t buy the water line they are selling from the store but they installed it anyways... carefully inspect for leaks after, overall very happy customer

I would recommend anyone purchasing appliances to purchase the installation. The guys are very professional, efficient, and def do a better job than me; if I were to install. Loved it!
