Service was fast and they were 15min early. 2 men brought it in and hooked it up without any issues. No damage done to the home. Had to remove door to get into the home.

I was so worried the installers were going to dent my refrigerator, or just be rough with it, but what a surprised! these guys are pros!they were so quick and carefull, when they were completed they explained all funtions of the refrigerator, i was really happy with their installation!

Did the job! I had to connect my fridge myself as I had to use a special long line.

The refrigerator installers were great. I was worried the refrigerator would not fit into the space but it was perfect. I thought getting the old refrigerator out would also be a problem, but not for these guys! They know their jobs!

Our new big Kitchen Aid fridge was a big unit but the guys done a great job. They had to take off our front door, but they did it, got the fridge in and put the door back on again without any problem. Very pleasant and professional and ensured we were happy with the install and set up before they left. Great job!

In my mind, installation is when it's ready for use. Delivery was prompt, refrigerator was carried inside, handles attached and it was plugged in. When I opened it up, all wrapping was still inside, and it's not easy to remove it from cooled refrigerator and especially freezer section. So, had to remove absolutely everything that is removable to get to room temperature, so we could remove the wrapping and wipe it off. That's reason for 4 stars.

It's a good idea to have the installers professionally connect refrigerator to your existing water supply line and make sure everything is working so you don't have any problems later.

The delivery truck arrived with three workers. They pulled out my old fridge, installed the new one - along with water/ice maker tubing - in about 15 minutes. They then spent about ten minutes going over features and showing me the fine points like adjusting the doors and legs. Very happy with their service...
