Professional Installation is - - Professional!!

They were professional and answered any and all questions. My only complaint would be, when they remove the plastic coverings, it might be nice to know about the areas where the plastic is hard to remove from the appliance. I've found numerous places on my appliance where there is still remnant of plastic I can't remove without taking something apart (that's not gonna happen). I suspect this is something that happens with all appliance deliveries, and is not specific to BestBuy.

They were here and dine very fast but did a great job. Love this fridge it fits perfectly in my cabinets. Highly recommend especially for the price.

They were unable to complete my installation due to issues with my house but they did spend quite a good amount of effort to try and get the job done. When the problem was identified they gave me suggestions on how to go about fixing it and said not to hesitate to call back for further assistance.

They had to bring up the fridge up 2 flights of stairs and no mark on my walls like the previous company 10 years ago. So friendly too!
