The delivery and installation people did a good job of bringing a very large refrigerator up a narrow set of stairs without causing any damage. They also did well with installing the refrigerator in a timely manner.

The gentlemen that came to install the refrigerator, did so in a clean and efficient manner. It was ready to go when they left my residence.

Professional delivery and installation. Quickly took out old product and installed the new one.

The installers were promt, professional and well trained. they installed the refigerator in an hour and that may seem like a long time but because of the space it had to go into and the external doors of our house being narrow the installers had to take the doors off and put them back on when in place in the Kitchen. They installed the water line and ice maker line and leveled the refigerator very professionally. They also relocated our old refigerator for us into our workshop. (Added cost but reasonable.) We are very happy with the install by the Geek Squad intallation team.

I just got a refrigerator for which I'm having some issues. The water valve was not connected and so now I get a noise from the fridge that might be because it is not connected. Also - very important, the doors are not leveled and the right side door does not stay open. The foot from the fridge was not leveled accordingly so this may be the reason the doors are not leveled. They may need to come in and properly install it.

Fast, easy install. I am very happy with the installation of my new frig. Worth the ease of mind!

Excellent Freezer! I plugged it in and it started to get cold, right away. I love that it has the option to switch it to a refrigerator, if needed. Just using it as a freezer now & we are loving it. Very spacious & roomy.

I would have rated it 5 stars, because delivery and installation were seamless. However, our refrigerator arrived damaged, and the amount of hassle to remedy the situation was insane! It took literally 9 calls, and having to order a new refrigerator, instead of just the 2 replacement panels we actually needed!!!! There has to be a more efficient way to remedy a delivery issue than this!

Two delivery guys arrived on time and setup the refrigerator and made sure it was working properly. They explained how it worked and asked if I had any questions.

Remodeled my kitchen and my old house doors were not wide enough to fit this fridge. Best buy had zero issue getting someone out to take the doors off and squeeze it into place.

My refrigerator doors needed aligned a month after install. They came and fixed the problem quickly.

The fridge water installation was super easy, the installer even organized the water tube and the plug wires.
