The install yeam did a great job. They were effective and efficient in connecting our new fridge as well as testing it.

The installation team was courteous and professional. The Best Buy web portal kept me updated on where I was in the queue. I ordered a refrigerator and a chest freezer. The installation team gave me advanced notice of their arrival. It took two attempts to get the refrigerator as the first time, the refrigerator was damaged in the warehouse and had to be replaced. The chest freezer arrived safely in one try. My only issue was with rescheduling the delivery of the replacement refrigerator. It took a couple of days to get in touch with Best Buy to get back into the queue for delivery.

These guys were absolute pros. They were hustling and generally care about client experience. I wish all delivery services were like theirs.

Initial install was not successful, but this follow up install was professional and spot on. This follow up was well received and we are enjoying our new LG fridge.

Would have been 5 stars except refrigerator was not leveled properly to allow for self closing after opening

They were polite and explained it all. I had to finish unwrapping myself, i.e, taking off all the protective plastic, which was more awkward after up and running. Also, make sure your water line situation is set PRIOR to them coming with your fridge. I assumed they would manage timing on their end but you have to manage that, to ensure timing is correct. They had to come back a second time due to this issue.

Your installation team are the best! No problems with them. They know exactly what they're doing and they do it well. Best Buy should be proud of this team.

The installers were great fast on time and very knowledgeable and when they took the front door off and put it back it no longer squeaks lol thx

Top level delivery and installation of refrigerator. Friendly and knowledgeable driver/helper. set up product and placed it exactly where i wanted. showed us some of the features and how to adjust temp.

really love this refrigerator just the right size. it is nice and queit you don't know it is running. nice space on the inside.

Great unit, a little small, but, works well for me. The grey color matches my wall makes me happy.
