Small glitch in that freezer door was not completely leveled but given had to take does off to get in the house, were completely professional, prompt, courteous and otherwise very throrough...still earned five stars and my wife's "best delivery service ever" praise. Well done Best Buy!

The item itself is OK for the price. This is a "basement" refrigerator for us so I'm probably spoiled with my GE Profile that is our main frig. The installation however I would give a one star. The "team" that did the install was terrible. The man was rude, barely even grunted at us. The woman was very nice and friendly but I don't feel she was very well trained.

The installation of our new refrigerator took no time at all. Best Buy's technicians came with the required stainless steel waterline and the installation with quick and without issue. Using top quality products usually results in a top quality results. Very Satisfied

I always have them install your refrigerator make sure everything is plugged up make sure everything's working there's no scratches no damage nothing before they leave they did a good job

Bless them, these guys have had to come out to our place four times in the past year and a half with refrigerator issues. Always on time, working smart, causing as little disruption as possible while always being well mannered and courteous. Awesome example of what service SHOULD be!

Installation was fast and they were cautious not to hit anything and they installed the fridge where we wanted it and gave the instructions & booklet! Mahalo

Two guys for the install and the did a great job and were super fast. Less than an hour to install dishwasher, range. And fridge. Happy i paid for the professional install. Well worth the money.

we purchased a new refrigerator. Installer could not connect water line properly so that water and ice through the door worked. Replacement refrigerator order. When the replacement arrived, it was dented in multiple places. The installer (different from first one) was able to properly connect water line so water and ice through the door worked. Original installer obviously not competent. Waste of our time for two days.

Arturo and Juan were great at the installation. They were efficient and took good care in not damaging anything.

Overall the product was an efficient product for the money.

The 4 door French smart refrigerator with stainless steel flexZone drawer is really impressive

Job completed, just be aware that installers would not help me shut off the water supply when I did have problems with water shut off valves, stating that I should call a plumber. Workers seemed more interested in canceling the ice maker hookup. I was finally able to get water flow to slow down to a dribble and they did complete the installation as expected. They did do a GREAT job on the overall delivery/setup and moved our old refrigerator to new location in garage.

All was done pretty well. This was the second appliance that ended up with a dent in it. Was replaced.

Very nice and fast and efficient installation by the technicians. It was a very smooth process.
