I am very disappointed in the installation of my refrigerator. The delivery guys forgot to install the metal plate that goes under the doors at the bottom of the refrigerator. Also, the two doors of the refrigerator don't match up so one is higher than the other and it looks funny. I've tried to schedule them to put the plate on and adjust the doors, but after waiting a long time on the phone I just get the run around with the schedulers saying that it's been too long for anyone to do it. It's been a month since the refrigerator was installed. I purchased it in November 2021, but our kitchen was under construction so couldn't get a new refrigerator installed until January 2022. I was assured it would be no problem to have the refrigerator delivered immediately and installed at a later date. After all, the store was selling out of appliances because there was a "supply chain issue, and I needed to act fast!" I thought Best Buy/Pacific Sales guaranteed the installation if you're a "Total Tech" member (which cost me $200!).

The delivery team did an exceptional job. Clear instructions were provided about the first run of ice/water as well as maintenance discussions. Both gentleman were professional, timely and efficient with their work.

The delivery on this was fantastic, they really do a good job protecting walls and moving the fridge. I was not made aware that they install does not hook up to plastic water lines that our builder had installed to the floor behind the fridge. It would be nice to know this ahead of time to have what you need ready. Best Buy only does installs to copper fridge lines. It was a problem I fixed myself with a short trip to the hardware and $15 in parts. Top notch geek squad delivery though, I would recommend their teams any time.

I received a refrigerator that did not cool enough on the refrigerator side. After many hours of troubleshooting with Samsung and talking to Best Buy, I went into the Best Buy store where I bought it and, after 2 hours of talking with Best Buy personnel and Samsung, a replacement was ordered. I took the day off from work, the window was from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m as was verified the day before. At about 11:00 a.m. I received a call from the people delivering the refrigerator saying that they did not have a refrigerator on their truck. I went back to the Best Buy store again, and after a couple of hours, one of the members of the Geek squad straightened out the mess and I had a new date for the replacement, The refrigerator came and is working OK. The people who delivered the second refrigerator were very, very unprofessional, I would be happy to discuss this if anyone cares. The people who delivered the first refrigerator were A+. I did call Best Buy to report this, but the person just listened and that was that. Overall, this was mostly a very stressful experience. I will not buy any appliance again from Best Buy.

Quick installation n delivery with no damages or scratches

The service technician that came for the install were very efficient they were in an out in less than 20mn. I add followed all the preparations recommended so it was a breeze

The guys came out and took extra special care to measure and make sure they did not scratch or ding the fridge getting it into the house. I highly recommend them for their knowledge and quickness. It only took them about 20 minutes and they had to remove the doors to the fridge and the door to the house!

Very happy with this delivery. These guys were extremely careful to not ding/ping etc. Highly respectful, and had no problem putting our fridge in and where we wanted it.

The installers were great. They moved my old fridge to the garage. It is a subzero so it is very heavy. They hooked up the water. They didn’t damage anything. They did the job in a timely manner.
