a lot of tape had to be removed by the home owner, had to level the product and adjust doors, figured the crew would take care of that.

Installation was timely, fast, and professional. Installers gave good instructions on product use as well. We weren't expecting the installer to have such thorough product knowledge - Wonderful service!

I just want to say that Team Hector was fantastic and professional in getting our new refridgerator in, set up and running. We are so happy with our new fridge and with their help in getting it here and running!

Love the large capacity of this refrigerator. Also like the two door freezer very much. The fingerprint resistant finish is great. However the handles are not. It is a very quiet refrigerator. So far no complaints.

I would have rated it 5 stars, because delivery and installation were seamless. However, our refrigerator arrived damaged, and the amount of hassle to remedy the situation was insane! It took literally 9 calls, and having to order a new refrigerator, instead of just the 2 replacement panels we actually needed!!!! There has to be a more efficient way to remedy a delivery issue than this!

Installation was very good! The first refrigerator arrive damaged so the installation crew had to do a lot of customer service. They were awesome and came back to install the new replacement refrigerator

The crew did an excellent job of delivering my new refrigerator and move my one in the kitchen out to the garage and taking my old one out in the garage off. Very professional.

Guys did an excellent job of getting the freezer in my basement where I wanted it and set it up for me as well. Did a quick tutorial also.

Fast and well done install. Put the front door back on right after they brought the fridge in. The last installers left the door off for at least a half hour while unwrapping the fridge. I would use them again

Great service. They relocated my old fridge and install the new one with no problem at all. They had to remove my front door, both the old and the new refrigerator doors and assemble everything back together.

Best Buy did a good job with the delivery of my new freezer. They made sure to measure everything (doorways, the path to where it was being installed, etc.) There were no issues and they did the install relatively quick.

The installation went quickly in and out within about 5 mins including the whisking away the old fridge. They were very nice.

The installation crew that arrived at my home attempted to hook up the waterline to my refrigerator unfortunately, they were unable to complete the process due to the fact I need to call a plumber in to do the job.

No issue when making the install. Appreciate very much the diligence presented with the job.
