The installation was an easy one. They delivered, Unboxed it, plugged it in and checked for accuracy. I did not have water going to the refrigerator/freezer so that was not installed.

The guys who delivered the fridge connected the water line without and issues. It didn't cost us anything which is always a good thing. Make sure you run a few liters of water through the line first before you use it or drink any of it.

Delivery and set-up was provided along with excellent professional support from all parties involved. Technical issues were resolved very quickly and with excellent, timely, and very conscientious response from all departments involved. We will remember Best Buy's professional and thoughtful follow-up to all issues we experienced [although some issues were beyond Best Buys' influence but, thankfully all departments were very helpful in their quick and effective resolution]. Great Job! We will remember the expert handling and thoughtful support of all parties involved.

The Best Buy guys unpacked my fridge outside carried in carefully then attached hose for water and slid my fridge back and made sure there was room for both doors to open and adjusted position of fridge for full opening.

Product is awesome, delivery terrible. I am giving it 4 stars because the product is 5, but delivery is 2 stars at best. Not only did they NOT connect the water to the fridge (I had to do it by myself) but first they also did not want to take away the old fridge. So yes, the fridge was delivered, it was PARTIALLY connected, and PARTIALLY ready to use.

The guys unlosed this and installed it super fast. The eere professional and respectful and wore masks since covid was pretty bad at the time.

It's been a few months and we are pleased with how much it holds & ease of use.

Good refrigerator. Manufacturer needs to supply better info about the product functions and specifics regarding installation. Due to supply issues, poor quality control, and uninformed installer I had lots of problems with it. Seems to be okay for now- 3 weeks in. Because TotalTech was diligent I finally received a good refrigerator!
