Great team work upon delivery, setup was was done professionally. They had to take our door out to bring our refrigerator in, and they did a pretty good job in taking it out and putting it back together. Refrigerator was installed with precautions.

The delivery guys did a tremendous job installing this unit. All functioned perfectly. After they left, I noticed the right door was a bit higher than the left. I called Best Buy and they sent the guys out to correct this the next day or so. Great service! I was impressed.

The Best Buy installers were very professional about installing this connection for the water line to the refrigerator so we could have ice and water. They knew what to expect and had us prepared with towels in case excess water came out of the existing line.

I originally went to loews and home depot to find a refrigerator. ours was breaking down and we wanted a quick delivery with options. this was hassle free. and they even price matched. no one else in town was able to deliver within the week. everyone else was trying to schedule us months out with no guarantee we would get the fridge we wanted. we were so relieved and happy. we will be coming to best buy for future appliance purchases.

The Best Buy delivery arrived on time and came in to check on the work. They checked on where the kitchen was and measured the doorways. They knew what would be needed and delivered the new refrigerator and removed the old one. The whole time they were friendly and courteouse. The delviery was quick and clean up went smooth. Overall a total "10". Thank you Best Buy!!
