I originally went to loews and home depot to find a refrigerator. ours was breaking down and we wanted a quick delivery with options. this was hassle free. and they even price matched. no one else in town was able to deliver within the week. everyone else was trying to schedule us months out with no guarantee we would get the fridge we wanted. we were so relieved and happy. we will be coming to best buy for future appliance purchases.

The installation of our new refrigerator took no time at all. Best Buy's technicians came with the required stainless steel waterline and the installation with quick and without issue. Using top quality products usually results in a top quality results. Very Satisfied

Small glitch in that freezer door was not completely leveled but given had to take does off to get in the house, were completely professional, prompt, courteous and otherwise very throrough...still earned five stars and my wife's "best delivery service ever" praise. Well done Best Buy!

Fast and efficient. They called beforehand to inform that they would be there and showed up on time. They were professional and performed the job.

Job completed, just be aware that installers would not help me shut off the water supply when I did have problems with water shut off valves, stating that I should call a plumber. Workers seemed more interested in canceling the ice maker hookup. I was finally able to get water flow to slow down to a dribble and they did complete the installation as expected. They did do a GREAT job on the overall delivery/setup and moved our old refrigerator to new location in garage.

Absolutely the best installation team that has ever installed any appliance we purchased over the past fifty years. This includes six houses. They were outstanding.

We were informed we didn’t choose to have water installed and we did, but was informed by one of the gentlemen that our water line needed to be updated anyway. So we ended up doing this portion on our own and it was no biggie, just be careful when you make your selections online and be clear to them what you need done. I wasn’t arguing and needed a new updated line so I didn’t press the issue and we drilled and did it on our own which might have been a better situation for us anyways.

Bless them, these guys have had to come out to our place four times in the past year and a half with refrigerator issues. Always on time, working smart, causing as little disruption as possible while always being well mannered and courteous. Awesome example of what service SHOULD be!

Best Buy technicians were great. Unloaded carefully and hooked up exceptionally. Really pleased with the process. This service came free with a refrigerator purchase.
