Delivery/Installers were great. My wife was home alone and they treated her with respect and courtesy. Did a fantastic job on install.

Guys did a great job and were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Initial set up seemed fine. Needed some fine tuning. Doors are uneven and fridge is slightly I'm off balance and not leveled.

My floor was too uneven and apparently they don’t shim. So I got home to an uninstalled fridge. Good thing it was “free”.

Best but does a good job of delivering and installing refrigerators.

I bought the optional installation and I am glad I did. They were very professional, efficient, and courteous. They installed the refrigerator and cleanup.

The Squad turned up ready to deliver and install our new Whirlpool refrigerator. The water valve was not serviceable so they had to re-schedule. Once I got the proper valve in, the installation went very smoothly & quickly. Only problem is, somehow the grille for the bottom of the cabinet was discarded and I need it replaced.

They guys were in and out before ya knew it with no problems and smiling faces.

I already had a new valve, having just had a complete replumb of the house. Connecting the new refrigerator to the water line was simple and quick. The guys checked everything out and made sure everything was cleaned up.

The young men who arrived with our new refrigerator and installed it did a superb job. They were very experienced and careful around our antiques and flooring. We will certainly give them a five star rating!!!!!

The guys who came with the refrigerator did such a nice job of bringing it into the house safely and even down a set of stairs. They were very careful not to leave a trace that they were even here.

I love this refrigerator. It looks great and works great.

I am pleasantly surprised at just how much usable room is in this refrigerator. Even better, is how fresh it keeps my produce! We eat a lot of fresh veggies, and especially love a wide variety of greens, and tender vegetables. I can keep greens ( spinach, baby kale, lettuce etc..) fresh for up to 2 weeks. Other produce like cucumbers and zucchini stay fresh longer too. The freezer has a shelf in it, that makes it so easy to organize, and grab things out with out an avalanche of unwanted frozen goods spilling out on the floor, (and my foot!) Both freezer and refrigerator have more than ample storage on the doors. For the price I don’t think you can beat this refrigerator.

They came and noticed it was too big to fit the door. Quickly made us aware of the situation and we ok'd for them to remove the door. They proceeded and we're carefully able to remove it and bring in the appliance. Installation of appliance was quick and they finished it all off with the photos they needed along with teaching us about the appliance and how to use it. 5/5 service

This delivery team was amazing! They arrived early in the delivery window and were fast, efficient, and professional - Definitely 5 star service!

The Bespoke refrigerator is so beautiful and so well designed on both the interior and exterior. Very roomy on the inside. I love the glass doors!

The guys who came out were great. They were polite, arrived within their window and had our fridge set up within 10 minutes of unloading from the truck. Would absolutely opt for it again when buying a major appliance.

Hassle free, on time, friendly guys, refrigerator works after they leave, took materials away. How an install is supposed to work!
