Installation had some complications based on my house. Installers went above and beyond to make everything work and ensure water line was working. Almost 3 months later and still loving this fridge!

Fridge runs noisy when open/close the door. Not sure this is normal? Freezer is little small.

Not hard to install but why bother with it when they already have to deliver it. is less hassle on the consumer. So pay for the installation.

The guys were professional. They couldn't get it in the front door and we're canceling the order then I asked them to try the back door. They helped my husband remove the back door then brought it in. 20 minutes later ice walker was hooked up and ready to go. Bottom on fridge is scratched so I'd suggest keeping it in the box until it's fully inside the house. This is not the one I ordered so they will return it and deliver the correct one on January 14th when it becomes available. Call to check "in stock" before ordering online, the information shown online was incorrect and we spent Thanksgiving week without a fridge.

Three ppl came for delivery and installation, I have to admit that the refrigerator is so heavy to move out and in, I paid for removal fee though. Thanks for these ppl and their hard working! The installation is fast and get it done well.

Very professional - quick and careful. When we bought the fridge, we didn't measure the width of the door. They fit it right in quickly.

Look, if you're going to put in any appliance that's going to be there for YEARS to come, spend a few bucks and get the better quality waterline gear. I installed a nice LG high-end dishwasher myself. The delivery folks have a stock cheapy solutions but there was no way I was going to use that kit. Is anyone going to take the time you're going to take to prep your area, clean it and ensure it's installation? No. This kit has a nice reinforced line and will help you sleep at night knowing it's been done right. Take a few extra minutes and do it right!
