Really happy with the delivery team!! They took great pride in respect for new refrigerator delivery and setup. Went through settings and answered all of my questions. Followed Covid-19 guidelines.

The gentlemen delivering and installing my new refrigerator had no problems with water hookup.

An excellent team of installers. Very careful and thorough. Also explained basic operations. Could not have been better and were very good about communicating delivery time.

The installers did a great job moving my existing refrigerator to the garage and installing my new one. They checked that all the features of the new one worked and showed me how to operate it.

The installation of the refrigerator went smoothly. The fridge was for my rental property. I was not there, but my tenant was pleased with everything.

Is there less than 1 star??? The "Geek Squad" showed up without the straps to lift the refrigerator into my house. Was going to leave before determining if the water line was working. I found out after they left that they hadn't tightened down the water line connection when I had water leaking/spraying behind the fridge. The refrigerator was brought without any packaging around it OTHER than a piece of cardboard taped to the front and the wrap from the manufacturer. They removed the cardboard before bringing it in the house and there are now scratches on the door. They scratched/dug up my floor bringing it into my house. and the refrigerator is making a horrible loud buzzing sound. They never leveled the footings on the fridge.

Ready a good refrigerator, I really recommend it, everyone should have a refrigerator like this at home

In general the technicians were friendly and doing all it takes to get it installed properly. At times when they feel the product may not fit in the given area, they should better measure all necessary things before even they start. In my case, I have to remove some stuff from the wall to get this fit which they could have informed me before disconnecting the old one and dismantle the new one. Finally worked out on a plan for them to complete the installation.

We received the first refrigerator and returned it because even when setting it to 33 degrees, the best/lowest that it could get it was 35 degrees (we put two thermometers in it to check temperature even after filling it up and not opening it for am entire weekend while we were away). The 2nd fridge also cannot get it to stay consistently below 35 degrees even when set at 33 (digital gives it a range of 34 to 41 degrees) . I bought 4 old school thermometers and 4 digital to compare our freezer, two old fridges (out in the garage) and this new fridge, and this new one can't hold a match to either old one or the freezer. Both of the garage fridges (in an uninsulated 80+ degree garage) can keep it in the 32-34 degree range. This new indoor struggles to get to 34 degrees. Pretty sad.

This was easy to install, we paid for installation but they did not end up doing it because the line was not long enough. Regardless, my husband figured it out and it took less than 15 minutes to install.

My refrigerator delivery went very smoothly. The men who delivered worked together well , cleaned up, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The new fridge was installed in 10 minutes and ready for use after 8 hours. The installation was simple and easy to understand.

The guys were very professional and nice. We actually had a dent in the first refrigerator that we got and then in 2 days we were able to get a new one; with out any dents :-). They guys were so so nice and accommodating. Definitely would by from Best Buy again.

I like the look of the stainless steel but if it’s that easy to dent I may have second thoughts. It took 3 replacements before we got one that wasn't damaged from were ever they get them.

Fast and efficient installation marred by a leveling problem which has never been resolved. I was told that the problem would be reported and I would be contacted by Best Buy to address it and a solution offered to remedy the problem but I was never contacted as promised.
