Recommend anyone having new appliances delivered to let Best Buy delivery guys do the installation and hookups for you! The were very careful as to not damage anything while performing this service. Very professional!

The whole process from scheduling to updating the installation date and time is wonderfull. The install went smoothly and the new refrigerator startup went as planned. The first delivery had to be scheduled becuase of a refrigerator damaged by the factory.

We received the first refrigerator and returned it because even when setting it to 33 degrees, the best/lowest that it could get it was 35 degrees (we put two thermometers in it to check temperature even after filling it up and not opening it for am entire weekend while we were away). The 2nd fridge also cannot get it to stay consistently below 35 degrees even when set at 33 (digital gives it a range of 34 to 41 degrees) . I bought 4 old school thermometers and 4 digital to compare our freezer, two old fridges (out in the garage) and this new fridge, and this new one can't hold a match to either old one or the freezer. Both of the garage fridges (in an uninsulated 80+ degree garage) can keep it in the 32-34 degree range. This new indoor struggles to get to 34 degrees. Pretty sad.

Upright freezer is great, however, some defects in the door but unfortunately, no replacements otherwise, it fine.

The delivery team was amazing. They were very respectful of our home and property. Kameron, the lead guy was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. On time, quick installation!

They removed our refrigerator out too quickly to the truck before I the wife was able to make sure that everything was out. When asked if there was anything left in my refrigerator Kevin said he checked it and that there was nothing in it. I realized that we did not have our Ribs and Tony's pizza after getting ready to cook the Ribs. Which was left in the freezer of the dented refrigerator. I said they stole it because Kevin told me that there was nothing left in it when all the time there was. Either that, or they only said that there's was nothing left in it to keep from going back into the truck to check it. Either way, they lied to me. I was skeptical about it but I didn't want to think that Best Buy works with lying crooks. I surely hope not because you're sending them to our house and that's not cool. We will be calling you all today because I hate liars. Also the Refrigerator French Door is still uneven and doesn't close so easily. What is going on? We can't keep having people coming in and out like this. Let's get this right.

Installed it very quickly and set it up great service.

Best buy personals got refrigerator in a truck. They had all the equipment to transfer refrigerator to my unit in a very fast and efficient manner. They carried the refrigerator to my unit on 2nd floor and installed it. All this in less than 30 mins. Saved me a ton of hard work.

First Installed refrigerator had glitches, the second time around was terrific

Was unable to install frig on first trip due to kitchen door being in the way, but was able to easily reschedule and they came back put everything together nicely and moved our old frig to the garage. Nice work

Sleek, well-designed side-by-side refrigerator and freezer are perfect for contemporary kitchen with counter-depth appliances. Not having raised door handles adds extra space between counters and kitchen island.

As long as Best Buy is installing your appliances you're never going to have a problem they do an amazing job

The installation, and set up was great! The installers had the refrigerator set up so fast and it was working great. I was very impressed!

Ready a good refrigerator, I really recommend it, everyone should have a refrigerator like this at home

This refrigerator was installed by a couple of friendly geek squad guys. They accidentally broke one of the wheels on the unit and tried to schedule a service call to fix it. We had to follow up for this to actually happen. I also had to pull out the unit and tighten the water connector, because it was leaking. The wheel was eventually fixed and the refrigerator now works great.

Works and looks great fits perfectly and better than the Samsung it replaced

The delegation very guys did great. I wasn't sure our fridge would fit in our custom cabinet; however the delivery guy measured and was confident it would. They lined up the fridge and slide it right in. They were very careful coming into our new house. No scrapes or scratches.

Awesome installation service. The Installers arrived on time and were very efficient and the installation went perfect. I could use my fridge within a few hours of install.
