Ready a good refrigerator, I really recommend it, everyone should have a refrigerator like this at home

Upright freezer is great, however, some defects in the door but unfortunately, no replacements otherwise, it fine.

Recommend anyone having new appliances delivered to let Best Buy delivery guys do the installation and hookups for you! The were very careful as to not damage anything while performing this service. Very professional!

They removed our refrigerator out too quickly to the truck before I the wife was able to make sure that everything was out. When asked if there was anything left in my refrigerator Kevin said he checked it and that there was nothing in it. I realized that we did not have our Ribs and Tony's pizza after getting ready to cook the Ribs. Which was left in the freezer of the dented refrigerator. I said they stole it because Kevin told me that there was nothing left in it when all the time there was. Either that, or they only said that there's was nothing left in it to keep from going back into the truck to check it. Either way, they lied to me. I was skeptical about it but I didn't want to think that Best Buy works with lying crooks. I surely hope not because you're sending them to our house and that's not cool. We will be calling you all today because I hate liars. Also the Refrigerator French Door is still uneven and doesn't close so easily. What is going on? We can't keep having people coming in and out like this. Let's get this right.

First freezer arrived damaged. 2 nd was fine. Install and removal were fine. I wish you could tighten up your delivery window but I do appreciate that you show me how many deliveries are ahead. Knowing the location of them would help even more

The installation, and set up was great! The installers had the refrigerator set up so fast and it was working great. I was very impressed!

The whole process from scheduling to updating the installation date and time is wonderfull. The install went smoothly and the new refrigerator startup went as planned. The first delivery had to be scheduled becuase of a refrigerator damaged by the factory.

Unless you know what you’re doing. Have a professional install it. It’s worth it

Good deal. My only complaint is until it reaches operating temperature it is VERY noisy. An ideal #2 refrigerator. If possible keep it in the garage.

Great installation! They were efficient and fast, were able to remove an old refrigerator and put in a new one - three stories up, in less than 30 minutes.

Delivery/Installers were great. My wife was home alone and they treated her with respect and courtesy. Did a fantastic job on install.

First installation team were good, got the old refrigerator out and the new one in with no problems. They could not hook up the ice maker due to a different connection but told us to buy the converter connector and they would come back and finish the job at no charge. We purchased the new connector, and a difference team showed up. The new team came super early, took one looks at the new connector and told us we nee A plumber and left within 5 minutes! They were rude and never did finish the leveling of the refrigerator. My brother came and hooked up the ice maker, but it’s slow when on water mode, and the refrigerator is still not leveled. I am unhappy.

Best buy personals got refrigerator in a truck. They had all the equipment to transfer refrigerator to my unit in a very fast and efficient manner. They carried the refrigerator to my unit on 2nd floor and installed it. All this in less than 30 mins. Saved me a ton of hard work.
