They arrived at the beginning of the estimated time range and were extremely fast. Everything was cleaned up and I had a beautiful ew stove and microwave installed.

Plumbing a new fridge with an existing waterline is quickly done by the technician who has been doing it for a while. Delivery and installation took less than an hour.

Purchased Whirpool side by side fridge. First one came with damaged door hinge. Another was delivered and the door water valve had a slow leak. Next the door was replaced, but it still leaked. The 4th attempt with another new fridge which so far has worked fine. The delivery and pick up was great. The fridge I'm crossing my fingers

installation was quick and easy...but was almost a "plug and play" since all was needed was to unplug the old one and plug in new one; still not happy with installation and removal fee which should not have been charged

Set up and delivery was great but there was no explanation of how the controls work and I still am not sure if I have the correct settings for the refrigerator and freezer. I am just guessing as to the correct settings. The manual that came with the frig is no help either since there is no information on the settings as to the value of each setting.

Installer took really good care including taking out from truck and moving inside home and completed installation without any issues. Also explained what I need to do after first use.

I was given a time window and got a reminder call the day before saying that I will be given a more precise timing from actual installers, but I never received any calls from installers. But they did come within the 4-hour windows that was initially given to me. Installation went well to my existing copper line. I had purchased a waterline that I actually did not need which I was going to return, but the installers took it with them - I called them and they brought it back to me at the end of the day so it was fine at the end of the day.

Both installers were professional and did an excellent job setting up item quickly. Fridge works great, and they even gave info on use and features.
