Delivered refrigerator, picked it up, brought it in the house and plugged it in. No problem.

The 2 men that delivered my Refrigerator did a great job. The main guy that talked to me and it seemed might be training the second man, was very nice and professional. I am glad I had it delivered and set up. I didn't have the ice maker so not much to set up, but they removed all the packaging before bringing it into my house. They also removed my old refrigerator and did a great job with that.

The installation was super fast. I had my new fridge delivered and installed. Very happy with the result.

I bought this for a family member and it is serving it's purpose. It's a great fridge for the price. hopefully it will last long as the one it replaced. It's probably not fair but I give this a rating of four only because of the installation process. It was installed in an older home and the water line that they had wasn't long enough so they then refused to install the water line. when they removed the old fridge i had to clean up debris from the old fridge. not dust underneath the fridge. I mean parts that fell of as they removed it. Great fridge...installers, not so great.

The two installers were respectful and quick. They shared knowledge about the product that was helpful. I would use BB installation in the future because of their expertise.

Great quality and professional installation of my refrigerator. I think they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely worth the money spent having it done by professionals.

Installation was quick. Was able to get everything installed with the exception of my microwave due to space.

the installers were terrific! They were quick and efficient. My townhouse has an awkward path to the kitchen, but the installers quickly took off the doors, carried the refrigerator so it wouldn't touch my wood floors and easily installed the refrigerator.

great people. They were nice. They did a good job for the most part. The only issue was the water spill when removing the old fridge which was not really their fault, but they did not clean the water. They kinda just slid the fridge in its place which could have been an issue because I have wood floors. Lucky I pulled the fridge back to check the connections before I started to use it.

Techs did a great job for the physical installation. However the unit is so "new" an app has to be used to activate the ice maker in the freezer section. Having a LG technician coming early next week to finish the operation of the unit to 100%. think the 3rd party crew should have been aware of this requirement.

Excellent customer service with our installation. There was no problem with our installation. The crew showed up on time and they were very very professional.

My installers did a fantastic job. My home has a challenging entry way but they were still got it in with no damage to the fridge or my home.

Delivery and set-up was provided along with excellent professional support from all parties involved. Technical issues were resolved very quickly and with excellent, timely, and very conscientious response from all departments involved. We will remember Best Buy's professional and thoughtful follow-up to all issues we experienced [although some issues were beyond Best Buys' influence but, thankfully all departments were very helpful in their quick and effective resolution]. Great Job! We will remember the expert handling and thoughtful support of all parties involved.

They guy's called when they were on their way and arrived within the delivery window. Very courteous, completed the installation in a timely fashion, gave proper instructions and cleaned up everything leaving us with a great working refrigerator!
