Awesome two guys. Very professional! They removed old refrigerator to garage and installed new one in space in kitchen. Wasn’t easy!!

The guys came out and took extra special care to measure and make sure they did not scratch or ding the fridge getting it into the house. I highly recommend them for their knowledge and quickness. It only took them about 20 minutes and they had to remove the doors to the fridge and the door to the house!

First Installed refrigerator had glitches, the second time around was terrific

Adequate installation. Did not like that they left without removing all the styrofoam packaging inside the refrigerator, or left the plastic protective wrap on most of the refrigerator. These guys did what I consider the most basic of delivery. They did not show the same outgoing personality and enthusiasm that I have gotten accustomed to from Best Buy Delivery Personnel.

The workmen hooked up the refrigerator with no problems. They were very professional and courteous!

On the water hook up ... don't get me wrong, the installers were great, really were ... but, I had to get them a socket to get the base pallet off this unit ... and they did not have a standard fitting to move my water line over to the new refrigerator with them ... and as it turned out, it was the same piece that was already on the existing line ... just looked different because it was recessed into the unit. so, I ended up putting it on myself, after they left .... ( at which point, I rolled it back in pace, crushing the poly line, and flooding my basement for three days before I discovered it ... lesson, do no EVER use poly line, only pex, poly cracks. So, yes, I paid for a service I didn't actually get ... and got problems I didn't actually need.

First freezer arrived damaged. 2 nd was fine. Install and removal were fine. I wish you could tighten up your delivery window but I do appreciate that you show me how many deliveries are ahead. Knowing the location of them would help even more

The installation of our refrigerator was satisfactory. We installed our own water line. The delivery took our the old refrig and brought in the new one, carefully removing the packaging.

I bought a freezer from Best Buy when it arrived and the delivery men unboxed it the freezer was damaged. They replaced it quickly.

I would definitely recommend this installation team! They were quick, cordial, professional & clean. They installed my appliance in a small space without issue. They also moved my old appliance to another location with the same amount of care as the new one. They were also certain to ask me if had any concerns and provided me with the information I needed.
