Super Simple and Quick!

Connecting the new refrigerator to the water line was simple and quick. The guys checked everything out and made sure everything was cleaned up.

Efficient setup

They came in - assessed the access - had to remove front door to get refrigerator in - but everything replaced quickly. Did not clean up very well and did not remove any of the tape etc from the refrigerator. The dropdown for rating the individual items did not work - could only get fair to show that is not what I would rate. Using my Apple MacBook

I am giving it 4 stars because the product is 5, but delivery is 2 stars at best. Not only did they NOT connect the water to the fridge (I had to do it by myself) but first they also did not want to take away the old fridge. So yes, the fridge was delivered, it was PARTIALLY connected, and PARTIALLY ready to use.

Great Delivery and Install Samsung Refrigerator

LG refrig may require more effort to install

However the unit is so "new" an app has to be used to activate the ice maker in the freezer section. Having a LG technician coming early next week to finish the operation of the unit to 100%. think the 3rd party crew should have been aware of this requirement.

Tons of storage for all your groceries and the door in door is such a game changer saving energy. We never run out of ice with the dual ice makers. Best bang for your dollar.
