The main guy that talked to me and it seemed might be training the second man, was very nice and professional. I am glad I had it delivered and set up. I didn't have the ice maker so not much to set up, but they removed all the packaging before bringing it into my house. They also removed my old refrigerator and did a great job with that.

I had a geek squad member come out and try to fix the problem but they were not able to. I assumed that someone would contact me so I could get a new fridge. I had to contact Best Buy and at that time the refrigerator was back in stock so I have my refrigerator and it works with no scratches or dents in it. Yay!!!

They brought in fridge and installed the icemaker line very quickly. Everything went smoothly it was noted t by at the fridge had a dent and a new door was ordered.
