You can send them a pin-point location of your area. They were extra careful with my fridge and took the time to install it and answer all my questions.

Okay, Not Perfect

For example, the installer strongly insisted that the frig doors were not adjustable (for proper alignment.) He actually told us we needed to place a shim underneath the entire unit to do so! We had to prove him wrong by finding the proper (and straightforward) alignment procedure in the owners manual. This guy claimed to be an expert and to "Trust me." Yah, right.
