It worked out great, all I had to do was push my existing water line into the fitting on the back of the new refrigerator and it was ready to go.

Courteous and efficient. They came on time, were very friendly, and did a good and quick job.

This part of the service was not to bad. They put the refrigerator in place and connected supply for ice maker. He then asked if he could take the protection film off, which I told him yes. He took the front off but left everything on the inside. He then ran through a brief operation for the fridge and then left. Wish he would have done a little more about the fridge, but all in all not really that bad.

This was my 3rd refrigerator installation and they actually knew what they were doing.

great people. They were nice. They did a good job for the most part. The only issue was the water spill when removing the old fridge which was not really their fault, but they did not clean the water. They kinda just slid the fridge in its place which could have been an issue because I have wood floors. Lucky I pulled the fridge back to check the connections before I started to use it.

Delivery and set-up was provided along with excellent professional support from all parties involved. Technical issues were resolved very quickly and with excellent, timely, and very conscientious response from all departments involved. We will remember Best Buy's professional and thoughtful follow-up to all issues we experienced [although some issues were beyond Best Buys' influence but, thankfully all departments were very helpful in their quick and effective resolution]. Great Job! We will remember the expert handling and thoughtful support of all parties involved.

The guys were very professional and nice. We actually had a dent in the first refrigerator that we got and then in 2 days we were able to get a new one; with out any dents :-). They guys were so so nice and accommodating. Definitely would by from Best Buy again.
