The workers who came to install our refrigerator did such a great job! They were in and out in 5 minutes and everything has been working perfectly since then. They helped to move furniture around and stayed to make sure everything functioned properly!

When the refrigerator was delivered it was installed to the water supply. They job was done quickly and efficiently. The installer was friendly.

We feel the crew was not honest and maybe inexperienced. Told me I needed a piece for the water line hook-up that I did not have. They then told me they had to use a piece from a hose kit that was for another customer, but not to say anything because they weren't supposed to do that. They said the kit is usually $80. I asked what I owed them and the man said they can't take anything for it, but they can take tips. All I had was $20, so I gave it to him. Later, in talking with my husband, I found out that we had purchased the hose kit at Best Buy when we purchased the refrigerator, so technically I purchased the kit twice and was not left with the kit when the installers left. Also, he had to turn off the water to the refrigerator, and in doing so the installer turned off our gas line, so we had to have the gas company come out to turn everything back on. The refrigerator appears to be installed properly and is running well.

If you're having the techs installing your existing water line make sure it's a 1/4" to a 1/4". There is no other attachments that come with it. My only issue is i had an existing line, but had to buy attachments to taper from 1/2", so i paid for a service that i didn't get.

love my new refrigerator works great and lots of space for my needs, just wish that the door opened a little more wider but over all I love it , great fridge if you need one that's the one ....
