This out of stock everywhere hard to find refrigerator finally showed up in inventory at Best Buy first. Grabbed it and had it delivered / installed. They did a great job.

Went fine, all they had to do was unbox, put it in place and plug it in. Easy Peasey and they did it well.

We love this refrigerator. I can’t even think of anything I would want changed!

Have the refrigerator about a month. So far so good. There was a scratch on left side of the fridge. Supposed to receive a $150.00 gift card, but nothing yet.

The installers did everything they could to get the refrigerator installed correctly with the biggest problem being getting it to fit through the doors and into the location. The doors above the refrigerator don't open without scratching the top of the fridge and plaining the cabinet doors was not something he was allowed to do...so my husband is still working on it.

Delivery men Joe & DJ, were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, were careful with removal of our refrigerator that was being replaced as well as with new refrigerator. They were attentive to the attachment of new handles, hooked up water dispenser. Joe called before arriving to give me ample time to get refrigerator ready for switch. Joe was punctual, arriving at 9:00 a.m. sharp. I so appreciated their promptness. I want to express gratitude to BestBuy contracting with a company that cares about excellent customer service.

The installation was easy, the gentleman were really nice and cooperative.

Delivery Men did not have time to move the door to the other side as I had requested when ordering this frig. They did not know the freezer had a crack in it since they didn't stay while I took out a mountain of packing material and tape. They basically plugged the frig in, took my old one out and left. When I scheduled someone to come out and move the door - I mentioned the crack in the freezer and sent a photo. He decided I needed to have the frig replaced. So I'm still waiting for that to happen. It's been a month now and I am not amused. Total time will be 8 or 9 weeks from order date to final delivery.

These guys are outstanding. They arrived when they said they would be here. They were friendly, very courteous, and very careful when moving old refrigerator out and new one in. Very efficient and professional.

East Setup. Customer Service has been difficult. Was disappointed in the Service Provided.

My refrigerator was installed and working properly when the installers left. Came when promised and took away my old refrigerator.

Overall easy install for them but they left the fridge Unlevel.

Perfect size. The delivery guys were very prompt and professional and ensured that the freezer was in the location i wanted it despite it being somewhat tricky.

The two man crew did an excellent job of installing and hooking up the water line. Also, great job leveling the refrigerator too.
