They were also VERY good at getting new unit in house -- had to take part of screen door off -- but they did it rather than damage something!

The Installation was timely and professional.

They also took the time to cover all of the features of the ice maker and filter.

Great delivery service

Unfortunately, I have a reverse osmosis water system and it required special fittings to connect the water to the new refrigerator. After a quick trip to the hardware store, I completed the connection.

Wxplained features and insured everything was working as it should. They were terrific.

Whirlpool

First one came with damaged door hinge. Another was delivered and the door water valve had a slow leak. Next the door was replaced, but it still leaked. The 4th attempt with another new fridge which so far has worked fine. The delivery and pick up was great. The fridge I'm crossing my fingers

Did not like that they left without removing all the styrofoam packaging inside the refrigerator, or left the plastic protective wrap on most of the refrigerator. These guys did what I consider the most basic of delivery. They did not show the same outgoing personality and enthusiasm that I have gotten accustomed to from Best Buy Delivery Personnel.
