The installers were wonderful, and this was a "bonus" with the purchase, as installation was free, as was delivery. Never a problem afterwards. Love this French Door Refrigerator!

It took 2 visits but the second installer was perfect. He guided me thru all the pertinent items on my refrigerator and was great with the installation. What more could I ask for!

I bought this for a family member and it is serving it's purpose. It's a great fridge for the price. hopefully it will last long as the one it replaced. It's probably not fair but I give this a rating of four only because of the installation process. It was installed in an older home and the water line that they had wasn't long enough so they then refused to install the water line. when they removed the old fridge i had to clean up debris from the old fridge. not dust underneath the fridge. I mean parts that fell of as they removed it. Great fridge...installers, not so great.

the installers were terrific! They were quick and efficient. My townhouse has an awkward path to the kitchen, but the installers quickly took off the doors, carried the refrigerator so it wouldn't touch my wood floors and easily installed the refrigerator.

They guy's called when they were on their way and arrived within the delivery window. Very courteous, completed the installation in a timely fashion, gave proper instructions and cleaned up everything leaving us with a great working refrigerator!

Waiting to review this purchase from the Customer Service at the store to the Customer Service and actually came to the house to measure out the space then he confirm that the refrigerator that we saw in the store will not fit in the space he took the time to go home to research to find a refrigerator that would actually fit in the space and we purchased it the delivery men were very good they had their masks they cleaned up behind them it was five star from beginning to end so I think everyone involved with this purchase from the gentleman at the store at Atlantic city Mall to the guy who measured the space hisName is Jason to the two delivery man thank you
