Installer took really good care including taking out from truck and moving inside home and completed installation without any issues. Also explained what I need to do after first use.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from BEST BUY and I was totally pleased with the product, sell (on line) and delivery.

From the moment we walked into the Best Buy in Tukwila store, we were treated well. Associate James H. did a excellent job helping us with the sell. Met the manager as well, I forgot his name, but he made us comfortable. I have not step into Best Buy for many years, but because of the particular day, I will more often. The delivery and hauling of new and old refrigerator was also excellent service. Thank you.

Worst "installation" I have ever had. In fact, it was just a poorly done delivery. To start with I did not receive a call the day before confirming delivery, I got a text message just 6 minutes before they arrived. Then when I went outside I saw them unpacking the wrong refrigerator. They put that refrigerator back on the truck and strapped it down with nothing between the metal buckle and the front of the frig. They brought mine inside and then couldn't figure out how to plug it in (childproof outlet). When I got behind the frig to plug it in they suddenly announced they were leaving and that if I had any problems to call it in. The frig had not been leveled, the packing on and inside had not been removed. The frig itself is great, the "installation" was a total worthless joke.

Kyle came and did my delivery as well as installation of my refrigerator and dishwasher. He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about both items and was in and out in no time flat.

We evaluated what we needed in a replacement refrigerator. It was delivered quickly, and the price was fair. We noticed that it was overly loud like there was something wrong, so we called to see if it could be fixed. They quickly just replaced the refrigerator, and we were wowed! And then a week later something went wrong with the water filter, the water smelled bad and the system was extremely loud [previously not loud] like something was not connected properly while using the water dispenser [ice is funky too] We called Best Buy back [which we never do] and they said ... Call the Manufacturer, no other assistance. As you can imagine I'm still "On Hold". Not super impressed...

Nice refrigerator which we use for our refreshments in the lower level of our home. Wish that it had a light in the freezer but overall it is an excellent appliance for the money.

The 2 guys that came to our home were courteous and took good care of my home. They explained everything had it up and running in no time.

I bought this Refrigerator because the one I had for the last 19 years stopped working. The bonus is there is more room for beverages. I also got it at a great price.
