Let me start off by saying how great Matthew Sosa (I believe that was his name when installing my fridge. With that being said the door had a dent in it and I wanted the door replaced which was no problem. The was to come within a couple of weeks and installed. The day the door arrived and was to be installed, it turned out to be the wrong door. Had to re-order the door again and wait another week, the week came and left and I was informed that the door had not come in the mail and had to wait another week. I had to wait almost an entire month for the entire fridge to be installed.

The guys were on time and did a great job. The order should have included the removal of the old refrigerator but it wasn’t there but they took the old one anyway.

The install guys were awesome! They were able to get my fridge through the front door without taking it apart!

The install was on time and fairly quick. They managed to get the fridge into the house and it was a tight fit throught the door, but they got it. Happy Customer.

The seal on the fridge door is SO tight it is hard to open. I guess it's better that it's tight than not tight. Didn't need the water hook-up parts and was told I'd get a refund for those (since I was forced to buy it as a "required" part), but never got the refund. Bummed about that. I was told my account would be credited for that since the delivery guys took the part back. I got: no part, no refund.

Installation was done professionally ..absouletly no complains

I had my waterline hooked up to my new refrigerator by the Geek Squad from Best Buy. They were polite, quick and knowledgeable. The waterline I bought worked perfectly and was easily installed.

it's an amana unit. it's a little noisy when running. also it's to low to the floor to get things out onthe bottom of the door shelf.

Zero issues, good customer service skills. I was worried based on other reviews regarding dents/scratches, but my delivery/install was without issue. Fridge delivered on time, is in mint condition, no banging against my house or floor scratching, fridge was leveled, and they made sure to answer all my questions prior to leaving

The refrigerator is quiet and that is what I wanted. It is smaller than my old one but works for me and has the freezer at the bottom which I like.

It took 4 times for Best Buy to come to my home to get a refrigerator they fit and didn’t get damaged by delivery people

From the moment we walked into the Best Buy in Tukwila store, we were treated well. Associate James H. did a excellent job helping us with the sell. Met the manager as well, I forgot his name, but he made us comfortable. I have not step into Best Buy for many years, but because of the particular day, I will more often. The delivery and hauling of new and old refrigerator was also excellent service. Thank you.

Installers were kind, courteous and very respectful! They did an amazing job and appreciate their help getting installed and verifying that all was working.

Frig moved in, installed, tested and trained us on use, changing filter, etc. Began using right away following recommendations for clearing out water lines.

Best Buy deliver and installation service arrived in expected window. They removed old refrigerator and brought in new unit. Installation was fast. Service team were very professional. They pointed out things I needed to know about my unit. Overall, A+.
