He and his helper were extremely respectful of property, very knowledgeable about product when I had questions, & extremely professional. I was impressed.

Good service with few small mistakes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was given a time window and got a reminder call the day before saying that I will be given a more precise timing from actual installers, but I never received any calls from installers. But they did come within the 4-hour windows that was initially given to me. Installation went well to my existing copper line. I had purchased a waterline that I actually did not need which I was going to return, but the installers took it with them - I called them and they brought it back to me at the end of the day so it was fine at the end of the day.

They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up and removed all the packing material. And they took care to protect my hardwood floors.
