Well, all they had to do was unwrap it and plug it in. But they did a great job and were very nice and professional.

Both installers were professional and did an excellent job setting up item quickly. Fridge works great, and they even gave info on use and features.

It took 4 deliveries to get a good refrigerator delivered. The first was dented and had tape all over it. The second the icemaker didn't work, the third the back of the box was crushed. Finally the 4th was perfect.

We've had this for 2 years and so far no problems. I do wish the freezer was a bit larger, but we've adjusted. We needed something affordable when our fridge conked out on us and this was the perfect size and reasonably priced. I did read some not-so-great reviews, but I think that's with every product. I took a chance. Happy it worked out.

Had to have a 3rd refrigerator Installed. Had one faulty unit. First group and this 4th group (same installer) were able to complete the installation with no problem since they installed the initial refeidgerator that just was installed 5/17/2024. These are the most reliable installers.

After 3 plus weeks we have a working (so far) refrigerator. Installers were excellent - worked quickly and had answers for all our questions.

We evaluated what we needed in a replacement refrigerator. It was delivered quickly, and the price was fair. We noticed that it was overly loud like there was something wrong, so we called to see if it could be fixed. They quickly just replaced the refrigerator, and we were wowed! And then a week later something went wrong with the water filter, the water smelled bad and the system was extremely loud [previously not loud] like something was not connected properly while using the water dispenser [ice is funky too] We called Best Buy back [which we never do] and they said ... Call the Manufacturer, no other assistance. As you can imagine I'm still "On Hold". Not super impressed...

installation was quick and easy, I had everything out of the way and had already moved the old fridge out. the installers were courteous, called ahead and were on time to my surprise.

great guys who took their time and did it right-made sure we were happy before they left and cleaned up everything

Install was quick and efficient and most of all done without any damage to the the refrigerator or the marble counter tops. The had to remove the re freezer door in order to get it into the space it was going, but once it was there, they re-installed the door, hooked up the water dispenser and we were good to go!

Javier and Fernando did a great job with the installation of our new refrigerator. They were careful with the edges and even removed our front door to avoid scrapes.
