Bought this for our new home and love the huge amount of space. Very energy efficient and keeps our produce fresh longer.

Good job getting it installed correctly on a timely manner.

Some of the delivery crews are good and some not so much. This last crew was very good and professional. Unfortunately we've had to experience 4 refrigerator deliveries, they have been dented and some repairable and when a delivery crew came to repair it they broke it even further and blamed it on invisible ice.

We are very happy with our purchase at best buy we have not had any problems with our new refrigerator and we love it but I definitely still rec the extra warranty..

Techs came in with no hassle or issues. Good service and courtesy

GREAT SERVICE! GUYS WHO CAME TO DELIVERY AND INSTALL THE FRIDGE DONE A EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE IN & OUT IN 15 MINUTES AND MADE SURE THAT THE FRIDGE WAS WORKING FINE AND MADE SURE THEY CLEANED UP AFTER.

Excellent installation service!The geek squad that installed our refrigerator was punctual, prompt, and Professional. Removed all packing material Walmart home and left the area clean. Very pleased!

Bought refrigerator in store 11/9 so that could have before Thanksgiving. Installation scheduled in store for week prior to Thanksgiving was cancelled 20 minutes before schedule appointment. I had to find this out on my own via app and never got a call. Called Geek Squad and they could not help. Driver indicated that he not have enough manpower to install—elevator and no steps in building but for some reason said he needed 3-4 people to install. Rescheduled to following week with same driver and same thing happened 30 minutes before schedule appointment with same explanation, no call, and found out on my own via the app. Called Geek Squad again and got same lack of resolution. Geek Squad is not empowered and/or trained to solve Best Buy caused issues. Canceled order (($4700 refrigerator) as well as my Total Best Buy membership and will never do business with Best Buy again nor will my family and will proactively encourage friends to avoid Best Buy as well. Obviously will miss Thanksgiving plans due to the twice missed commitments of Best Buy. Of note, same day I cancelled I went to another local business, bought exact same product, will get in one week with their own delivery crew (2 people) and was $200 cheaper. Customer satisfaction is not a priority at Best Buy and unfortunately the front line service agents who are not allowed to solve problems get the brunt of unsatisfied customers. Best of luck

Quick and easy and professional installation. Was on time and explained everything to me before complete.

Love my new freezer. Took no time at all to get cold after plugging it in. Great size for the garage. Nice glass shelves and doors.

The gentlemen were very nice but left some factory packaging inside and some protective film outside, all of which had to be removed before use. Put some dents in the refrigerator they moved to another area. They did a pretty good job overall, but they could do better if supplied with a proper appliance cart.

Product delivered well no issues. Installed and running when they left. Hauled away the old one again no issues and no damage,to anything.

Installers were professional and efficient. The only problem was that they left some tools and never returned my call alerting them to their loss

Refrigerator was installed quickly and worked out fine technicians were very knowledgeable and left all info with us and answered any questions we had.
