Had to contact a plumber to correct the water line connection but it was just fine and only took about 20 minutes. Connected perfectly.

took 5 trips to change door. i was told that i needed a part to change door from left to right, which was a lie. i went to home depo and was informed by staff same part works on both sides. finally on fifth visit david from geek squad was able to change door to open on right side. first refrigerator was damaged with 2 dents on door, david was excellant

On the water hook up ... don't get me wrong, the installers were great, really were ... but, I had to get them a socket to get the base pallet off this unit ... and they did not have a standard fitting to move my water line over to the new refrigerator with them ... and as it turned out, it was the same piece that was already on the existing line ... just looked different because it was recessed into the unit. so, I ended up putting it on myself, after they left .... ( at which point, I rolled it back in pace, crushing the poly line, and flooding my basement for three days before I discovered it ... lesson, do no EVER use poly line, only pex, poly cracks. So, yes, I paid for a service I didn't actually get ... and got problems I didn't actually need.

Apprentice technician was in charge of setting up appliance while lead tech worked on reversing swing of dryer door. All good but refrigerator was left on rollers so when I access it, it rolls towards me.

Friendly, informative and professional workers. Called before arriving. Installed the product. Showed us how to operate it. The did everything you would expect and were like-able.

Delivery Men did not have time to move the door to the other side as I had requested when ordering this frig. They did not know the freezer had a crack in it since they didn't stay while I took out a mountain of packing material and tape. They basically plugged the frig in, took my old one out and left. When I scheduled someone to come out and move the door - I mentioned the crack in the freezer and sent a photo. He decided I needed to have the frig replaced. So I'm still waiting for that to happen. It's been a month now and I am not amused. Total time will be 8 or 9 weeks from order date to final delivery.

One should always leave the install to the pros unless you are a pro yourself.
