They came out and fixed my sound bar and gave me excellent advice on mounting it. They even fixed my tv as well

A Best Buy team removed my old side-by-side refrigerator & hooked up the replacement. I already had the water line for an ice-maker & water/ice dispenser so they just had to use that connection . When they finished, everything was ready to go.

I like the refrigerator but unfortunately it has so many dings, scratches and even some broken parts straight from the warehouse. And this is my 4th one

Do not have geek squad connect you water line on your delivered refrigerator. They improperly installed ours and a slow leak developed ruining a section of our laminate flooring as no water was visible because the leak was behind the refrigerator and slow enough that it just seeped under the floor and buckled the laminate floor. Now, the installers are not accepting responsibility for their mistake and I am fighting with the claims group (for 2-months so far) to try and get reimbursement for the 1k cost to repair the flooring. Additionally, claims does not respond to requests for status updates or anything. Of course, Best Buy has washed their hands of this since they use Sedgwick to handle damage claims. Very dissatisfied.

They were punctual, took away our old fridge, installed the new one and were very polite.

We had a great experience in the store. A 3rd party was used to deliver the freezer. It arrived on schedule. When it was unboxed it had damage. We would have kept it but it was damaged by the control so we opted to have another one delivered. The delivery team took pictures, left the unit and said we would be contacted the next day. We were not contacted within 3 days so we called the store. They were helpful and apologetic. It was set up for exchange and that one was perfect. Anyone can have an issue but when it is resolved quickly and professionally it is almost more impressive than when nothing goes wrong.

The Best Buy guys unpacked my fridge outside carried in carefully then attached hose for water and slid my fridge back and made sure there was room for both doors to open and adjusted position of fridge for full opening.

Second time was the charm. No problems thanks geek squad

The Best Buy Delivery Team was very knowledgeable about how to install the refrigerator and the water hook-up. They were also able to level the refrigerator properly despite our home being an older house and also helped us with the various modern-day properties of the front door.
