The delivery guys were able to install the fridge after the first guys could not. They had the correct tool to take off a bracket to get the fridge through the doorway.

Pretty standard install service that came with the purchase of our refrigerator. I was not there when the service team arrived, but from what my family says they were polite and did the job fine and gave us some tips on operating the ice maker in the fridge. I didn't see that any extra parts from the install were left aside from the instruction manual and there should have been a few but it's not a huge deal. Overall it was very convenient and it's nice that Best Buy throws the service in with the larger appliance delivery.

The Geek Sq guys were here on time. I explained what was needed for my new refrigerator. They took care of it quickly, did a good job. They were courteous the whole time.

The installers did everything they could to get the refrigerator installed correctly with the biggest problem being getting it to fit through the doors and into the location. The doors above the refrigerator don't open without scratching the top of the fridge and plaining the cabinet doors was not something he was allowed to do...so my husband is still working on it.

We've had this for 2 years and so far no problems. I do wish the freezer was a bit larger, but we've adjusted. We needed something affordable when our fridge conked out on us and this was the perfect size and reasonably priced. I did read some not-so-great reviews, but I think that's with every product. I took a chance. Happy it worked out.

Wonderful service. Refrigerator was installed quickly and efficiently. It was level and the ice maker was perfect. No leaks

The subcontracting installers were good. Hauled off the old fridge and installed the new one in less than 20 minutes.

Purchased small refrigertor. It had to be small due to the location and small room.

This was second refrigerator delivery. The first was scratched They were in such a hurry they didn’t even remove tape inside refrigerator I’ve had appliances delivered 3 times (bundle purchase) and none took care of doing a good job Waiting on range ordered in July. What a mess trying to communicate That’s another story!

The installation gentlemen were excellent. They went over the refrigerator and explained everything. My issues is with Best Buy and the horrible customer service I received or lack of service. One your can’t call the store directly, it took over one hour three times on the phone trying to deal with this repair. It is like Best Buy does not care about the customers time after the purchase. I can not get anyone from management to call me about my concerns. As far as I am concerned I will take my business else where and make sure others know how Best Buy treats customers after the sale.
