I didn't know that Best Buy offers this service. The delivery driver was very professional and quick. He connected my new fridge to the water line, made sure it worked and had no leaks. He was quick and neat.

The frig is laid out perfectly on the inside and it has an "exterior" door that you open without actually opening the entire frig. It allows us to put more in it than ever before. Completely happy.

I was super concerned about my delivery. I had had knee surgery the day before, the delivery was scheduled for Dec, and I have a super steep driveway and a narrow entry door. So I was concerned if they would come up the driveway with their truck, if it was okay to open the box outside and carry the fridge inside through the entryway stairs and front door. They exceeded my expectations, it seemed the challenges ahead of them were not even real. They came in a smaller truck, it was not snowy thank God, -although it was in the 20s outside. They opened the box outside and had some awesome gear to put it in their arms and bring it in. They were very professional and arrived just on time, it was all amazing and way fast. I would totally hire them again!
