WHEN THEY SAID NO THEY HAD IT AND IT WOULD CLEAR IT I TOLD HIM NO I DON'T THINK SO JUST AFTER THAT AGREED WITH ME.

I had clearly stated that there was a set of stairs to climb. Three people showed up in two trucks, two of the three installers said no we cannot install today as this is a four person install job. I told them to read the description I gave at the Best Buy store, and they did. It clearly stated that they had to go up one flight of stairs. Finally, the third installer was committed to get it done, he had to take the doors off the LG, But he got it done, without complaining, and I gave him a nice tip.
