That is why I had to keep ordering a replacement. However, something didn’t connect right cause I’ve buildup in freezer. I called about this early Feb and was told all appointments full. I’ve yet to get a callback

They did not change the old water line, even though they had one thay we supposedly purchased. And I dis not see a refund from it. But I drained the 3 gallons like it said. Still water comes out very slow, if at all.
