Installation was easy, installers knowledgable. That said, I need to take the time to caution others as I was not. After trial and error I discovered that many newer Samsung refrigerators can cause circuit breakers to trip, specifically, the grounded ARC FAULT. So, while you are asked to measure prior to delivery, check that breaker box too!

Excellent job! These guys were quick to show that this was not thier first rodeo. Set the fridge up and hoked up the water and made sure everything worked!

The Geek Squad went above and beyond. My toddler was locked in the bathroom and we moved into a house that hasn't been updated since it was built 45 years ago.... One guy installed the fridge while the other took time to help me get the door knob off to rescue my toddler... It was the most amazing example of the kindness that is still in the world. I'll never forget my experience with the delivery team!

Installation went smoothly! They made sure my refrigerator was handled very safely through the doors. They listened to my comments and got the job done efficiently!

Two individuals from Pacific Sales delivered the LG 3-door LFCC23596S refrigerator we bought from Best Buy. They arrived promptly on the promised delivery date. They unpacked the refrigerator outside our home and surprisingly hand carried the refrigerator into the house. No handcarts rolling into the house. They removed all taping, set up the shelves, leveled the refrigerator and positioned the refrigerator exactly into it's designated space. After checking out that the refrigerator was operating properly they immediately cleaned-up and remained to assure we were satisfied before leaving.

Had to have a 3rd refrigerator Installed. Had one faulty unit. First group and this 4th group (same installer) were able to complete the installation with no problem since they installed the initial refeidgerator that just was installed 5/17/2024. These are the most reliable installers.

Rafael was a tremendously good technician who connected the line from the refrigerator to the in house water line and then calmly waited 5 minutes while concerned wife waited for a drippy leak. It didn't happen. Great man.
