The first was scratched They were in such a hurry they didn’t even remove tape inside refrigerator I’ve had appliances delivered 3 times (bundle purchase) and none took care of doing a good job Waiting on range ordered in July. What a mess trying to communicate That’s another story!

Apparently, the compressor was not sufficiently secured which caused the noise.

The installer unboxed the freezer outside, keeping the packaging material in the truck. He dollied the freezer into the house in an almost upright position, leveled the feet, plugged it in and turned it on. Done. No muss. No fuss.
