I had 2 stairs so it wasn’t to bad. They were even able to change the direction of the door opening.

GE 14.1 upright freezer

dented door upon delivery

We know what a hassle it is to return/exchange anything, so we are keeping this fridge as we don't have a back up...the water line is an existing line, so that part was a piece of cake when hooking up the water line for the fridge.

Don’t buy from Best Buy
