Refrigerator Delivery and Installation

We had two previous poor experiences with Best Buy delivery crews but were very happy with Best Buy’s commitment to excellence in getting things right and this crew was no exception to the excellence. Thank You Best Buy!!!

Always have the movers install.

If i did have hook ups they would have set that up too. The team was very fast and treated me and my son in a professional and friendly manner. I should also mention that they did the install in a few tens of minutes and even called ahead of time.

Delivery

However I was not home (my wife was while watching 2 small kids) and didn't notice dent in bottom until I got home. Fridge ended up breaking (and was returned for different model) but would have been nice if delivery folks had noticed (pretty obvious to me) and just not delivered that day.

Needed Service but be sure to pay attention

The two previous agents were able to fit the item through the door. it's all about the angle. but they could not figure that out. They had to remove my house door in able to get it in the house.
