Vincent and the team were efficient and professional removing the damaged refrigerator and replacing it, hooking up the water line and removing the appliance doors to get the refrigerator in and out. The fridge had a crack on the interior of the left freezer so it was something that required a return/ exchange. He took the time to show me some of the refrigerator features in the menu that I was not aware of.

The installers were great. They were friendly and efficient knew exactly what they were doing. In and out in no time at all.

Installation of refrigerator by Geek Squad. Good job with install but they did not use the kit I purchased. They told me they would return the kit to Best Buy and I would receive a credit. Have not received any credit? Went to Best Buy store, they said they would check into it and have not heard anything from them??

The technicians were awesome on installing new one with no issues. The tech knew to take door off house to get in.

Delivery was excellent. We had a not easy load in with tough outdoor terrain and narrow doorways and the guys still quickly, carefully and politely brought it in and set it up even removing the frig doors to get it in through a very narrow doorway. One of the better delivery experiences I have had.

The first refrigerator they delivered was damaged, so they took it back leaving me with no refrigerator for for 4 days. The replacement was delivered but the guys didn't adequately put the doors on right and it was hanging off making it unusable. Another 4 days went by before I got a replacement

The guys who came to install my refrigerator were very professional and very meticulous, they had to take the doors apart because of my narrow doors

Thoroughly impressed with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of the delivery and installation through BestBuy. The service was executed exactly as a consumer would expect and hope for.

It took 4 deliveries to get a good refrigerator delivered. The first was dented and had tape all over it. The second the icemaker didn't work, the third the back of the box was crushed. Finally the 4th was perfect.

Installers did a fantastic job. Both removing the old refrigerator and instlling the new one. Just excellent.

Refrigerator was delivered with a couple of dents that were acquired right before being delivered into the house. The fridge runs very loud when it kicks on. Complaint made and should be receiving a replacement in March.
