I too didn't realize it would be an issue but the two individuals delivering it were able to think of a solution and did ask for approval before implementing their suggestion. Worked out well in the end.

Apparently, the compressor was not sufficiently secured which caused the noise.

It only took a couple of minutes. The delivery men were super nice and informative about the machine.

The Geek Squad took the time to peel all of the plastic protective coating off of the refrigerator, which was a tedious process that would have taken a lot longer if I had to do it after they left. They also kept adjusting the feet on the bottom until the refrigerator was perfectly level. They spent as much time as needed to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. Very strong work.
