Delivery and the installation was very good.Delivery team was very respectful and very clean. Associates need to be trained in informing the customer on how they are to receive the points after they pay off the purchase. I was informed I would receive a E-mail with them.also was told I could fill out a form for a rebate .I went to fill it out online and all rebates were expired.

The installation crew that came in was simply amazing. Yerandi and Geraldo were puntual, professional and knowledgeable. Our kitchen requires a tight squeeze to put the appliance in and they knew exactly what to do to make it fit without scratching any walls or cabinets. Super satisfied with this service!

picked up an LG refrigerator to replace my one that was ready to kick the bucket. The LG is nice and spacious but it makes a buzzing sound in the door

Very professional service guys during COVID lock down and the refrigerator installation went as planned. They arrived within the scheduled time frame.

The installation was simple since I already had an existing waterline from my previous refrigerator.

The first crew needed to go back and be trained, both in practice and manners. The second crew that came to install the refrigerator 4 days later was outstanding, knew exactly what needed to be done, just by looking at it and did it in probably 35 min. most of that was taking the protective tapes off the new refrigerator.

The crew that came was prepared and very detailed, including making sure all shelving in the fridge was leveled properly. We had two previous poor experiences with Best Buy delivery crews but were very happy with Best Buy’s commitment to excellence in getting things right and this crew was no exception to the excellence. Install was quick and efficient and most of all done without any damage to the the refrigerator or the marble counter tops. The had to remove the re freezer door in order to get it into the space it was going, but once it was there, they re-installed the door, hooked up the water dispenser and we were good to go!

why go anywhere else when Best Buy has them all? Since back from California, we have purchased the Samsung 4 drawer units and could not be more pleased!

Needed a new refrigerator installed and the old refrigerator removed. Delivery went smoothly up several flights of stairs with zero complaints!

I am sure they would hook it up right. No need to hook up my device, since I did it myself but if it’s like the delivery I am sure they would do an excellent job.
