Delivery and setup was quick and not at all strenuous on my end. They setup the fridge and water line, checked for no leaks, and disposed of all packaging.

Install was done very professionally and without any issues.

Installation of refrigerator by Geek Squad. Good job with install but they did not use the kit I purchased. They told me they would return the kit to Best Buy and I would receive a credit. Have not received any credit? Went to Best Buy store, they said they would check into it and have not heard anything from them??

The 2 gentlemen arrived, removed our old refrigerator, install the new waterline, and new refrigerator without any setbacks. They even helped with the front door removal. Highly recommend this service!

Best Buy installation crew contacted me 30 minutes prior to arriving, showed up promptly and immediately went to work. They measured my haul away and ensured they covered all bases unhooking that refrigerator, then triple checked my new one for any dents or scratches before bringing it inside. Thoroughly explained to me the temperature settings, water filtration system and warranty info! They even called back a few days later to ensure I was happy with my installation! The employees wore their masks the entire time and were super professional! Would definitely recommend!

Love the installation almost as much as the fridge itself.... Not really they didn't make my house dirty and it works. Not much more you can ask for.

I'm still item would have worked great, but current line that was already in place didn't need replaced.

The install team came on time to install my new LG refrigerator and my LG washer and dryer. I had clearly stated that there was a set of stairs to climb. Three people showed up in two trucks, two of the three installers said no we cannot install today as this is a four person install job. I told them to read the description I gave at the Best Buy store, and they did. It clearly stated that they had to go up one flight of stairs. Finally, the third installer was committed to get it done, he had to take the doors off the LG, But he got it done, without complaining, and I gave him a nice tip.

I made this purchase in Hickory NC. I received the help I ask for and wasn't pushed into a decision. Everything went great on the delivery two young men delivered the freezer. Went over everything with me. Cleaned all packaging. Theywas super polite. Happy customer.
