The father/son team were great. They were fast and prompt. They moved the freezer and installed the ha dle. The covid 19 experience left a bitter taste with the company. First my delivery date was moved a whole month later. I couldn't get it installed. It was left on my front porch. For health reasons, I had to reschedule. Two of your employees were wonderful. The third man I spoke with over the phone was rude and nasty. Had no coustomer service skill and lacked training. But if it weren't for the guys doing delivery, I would consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Installer arrived within the time frame specified and there was no problems with the installation.

The Professional - Refrigerator Installation (to Existing Waterline) was done correct and everything woks as intended.

We purchased an installation but the refrigerator had no filter (which should have) and we then had to wait to receive one and call the installers to come out again. But the 2nd appointment was no wait and the installers were professional.

Great Purchase, the refrigerator was the right fit for my family.

I am handicapped so I am unable to do a lot of things. Having Best Buy hook up water line to the ice machine was a good solution. The technician had the water line installed in no time.

Love the sleek design of the refrigerator and the flexibility of the middle drawer. Tons of storage for all your groceries and the door in door is such a game changer saving energy. We never run out of ice with the dual ice makers. Best bang for your dollar.

Delivery guys used this setup to install my new Samsung refrigerator in less than 20 mins. They removed my old plastic lines with the new stainless steel lines.

No issues with the installation. Very professional service and cleaned up all packing materials before they left.

It was fast wish they would’ve told me I had to buy a line beforehand.

The first delivery/install/haul-away date didn't go so smooth because we couldn't find the shut off for the old fridge to disconnect it so I had to set another appointment of which the call center was told I would not be home till 5pm they did not call before coming AND came at 2pm, so they say; based on them taking a picture of my front door. Not sure how that justifies coming at the wrong time. Of course I wasn't home. I told the call center 5pm or after and was told it was no problem. Once rescheduled, the call center only scheduled it for a haul-away, not for installation! Not sure why...it still had an open ticket to do both processes. And I was told I would have to set another appointment for the installation... The crew who came to haul-away the old saw the new one sitting in my foyer and jumped into action and installed it and hauled away the old. No need for another appointment! They turned a bad situation into a good one! They were terrific!

The space for the fridge was measured wrong bc the consultant forgot to think about the fact that my wall had a design ledging. I too didn't realize it would be an issue but the two individuals delivering it were able to think of a solution and did ask for approval before implementing their suggestion. Worked out well in the end.
