The Best Buy team did a great job installing my new fridge taking care of my home, floors, walls, etc. They even had to remove part of the doors to get it in. Very courteous and polite.

So far so good I’ll know if I like it for sure when I’ve had it for like 9 years like my LG . That has been a great one .

The two men who came to deliver our new refrigerator were very courteous and professional. They got everything done with no issues at all. They were respective of us cleaning areas up before installing as well. They took the refrigerator in our house and put it in our garage then took the other refrigerator we were discarding and set everything up for us. They respected our house as not to track anything in or out. Thank you.

Fast and reliable everything done in 15 minutes. Deliverymen insisted me to inspect fridge and ask any questions before they left.

Best Buy subcontracts this work out. Workers arrived and then could not find where the current water line came through from the old fridge, as they were looking about 8 ft away from the basement looking up to the floor. They pulled on my copper line and broke it and did not realize it. Later after hooking it up it leaked and we did not discover this until about 4 hours later. Now, the two workers were very nice and we of course tipped them after completing the work. They did not go over how to operate the Fridge. That would be a nice thing to have for someone to demonstrate all of the features and to help hook up the smart wifi settings as a car dealer does when purchasing a brand new car. We purchased all new appliances and they were supposed to install the gas range and double wall oven as well and we cancelled those installations and waiting to get a refund on those two as we had our kitchen contractor install them instead.

They were professional, on time, respectful and really went above and beyond to make sure my fridge got in there with no issues. Fridge is pretty great too

The install team did a great job once again. Professional, helpful, efficient. I keep buying appliances from Best Buy when I can buy from anyone because the install service has never failed me.

Just make sure you have everything hooked up for ice maker and water dispenser. We were missing a small part and so they couldn't connect the ice maker / water. So paid for installation but all they did was plug it in cuz they couldn't connect the water. This was the second time that the fridge was delivered and this team was much more accommodating.
