    I usually don't complain but the refrigerator was delivered super early. The install was hasty And they were very rough with the refrigerator, seemed like the two folks were really in a rush. Service person told us that they couldn't attach it to the sink. So he looked at us and said you have to install it yourself, "my job is to connect it to the water and leave". I told him, thats fine and we will go get couplers and run an extra line to the 6ft cable we bought. But then when installing the corner ran a little short. So they had told me I also has to remove the floor moulding to install. I said, "No problem I will do it myself, just leave the fridge. They said, " no I do floor moulding too, it should be easy". And I said I mean if you want to, I dont have proper tools. So he said you can do it with a flathead and hammer, proceeding to put holes in the wall behind the floor moulding. And ripping up the corner. I resealed it, and tried to ignore that they probably cost me part of my security deposit when I leave. Luckily I had enough caulk to fill in place. I was fine with it, since we finally had a fridge, but then we noticed that there were three dents in the aluminum door! I was surprised and just simply asked, was this here before it came in? My partner said yes, and the service folks said, "If you have an issue with it, get another one from Best Buy." I was wondering if it came from their hasty offloading from the truck, or from the manufacturer. They said, "Can't do anything, shrugged their shoulders and said bye." Didn't even answer if it was from the truck or from before. So here I am writing my review hoping Best Buy will read it and send me a new Right fridge door. Dont need a new fridge. Just a replacement fridge door. And you know what? I'll install it myself because that was terrible service. Thanks guys.

    My friend came twice damage and was returned in the third time they delivered it but they refused to install it. I got charged for installation, but the installers came and it wasn’t in the fridge here by the time I got my replacement installation team refused to install it. Its been alsmot a month since I ordered my fridge finally received one with no damage . Now im trying to contact best buy to come install it

    I have total tech support they didn't even bother to try to show me what to do how to do it or install it correctly. It was dented badly when they brought it didn't offer to help me with setup and didn't hook up the water line they charged me $199 a year for this service. I asked them to hook up the water line they said we can't do that they wouldn't even put the filter in didn't explain to me how to use the refrigerator or anything said I would have to keep this until they can get another one

    The guys negotiated some tough turns to get the fridge in my house without damaging it, but fell way short on the shipping plastic. After connecting the water lines, they pushed the fridge into place and pulled of the shipping plastic. While they removed most of the plastic, they left the small irritating pieces of plastic that were trapped in-between the seams of the stainless steel. After spending a chunk of change on the fridge and paying for an install, I expect more. When I called the guys on it, they stated that they had 20 more deliveries and that they didn't have time. I, at this point, didn't want them touching it any further--I get that the guys are probably paid on number of installs, but their attitude was terrible. I should have called Best Buy right away, but had a family issue and put it on the back burner. I'm still dealing with the pieces of plastic :(

    I purchased a Samsung - 27 cu. ft. Large Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator and a Samsung matching washer dryer set along with installation for all appliances. The merchandise was fantastic and package very well. The installation was horrible and extremely unprofessional. This was my third day in a brand new built house. When installing the fridge my new floor was torn badly (see photo). The gas dryer leaked gas and the technician says, don't worry that smell will go away. That technician left the house to go across the street and get food from a food truck at another home being built. The technician that tore the floor gave me a number to call about the floor. No one has answered the several times I have called. The fridge technician leaves house and than comes back in and says the gas is still leaking we turned off gas and you should get a plumber to look at it. Luckily just after they left and I exited the house from the horrendous gas smell, the gas company arrived to get my meter reading and convert account from builder to my name. I told him about gas leak, he called it in and then started to fix it. He had me look at the leak. The hose to the appliance had only been hand tighten. The gas bubbles were numerous and rapid. The Best Buy technician was so worried about getting to food truck he couldn't do the job right. And here is the mess they left me with.

    The installers damaged my wall when removing my old fridge. They could’ve removed the doors to fit it through the kitchen island and wall but they didn’t. Instead they muscled it through scratching my wall. The installers ignored me when I pointed out the damage. I filed a claim with Best Buy and nothing came out of it.

    The guy came to my house and did not want to take the door off the refrigerator.and he claim the new refrigerator did not fit even tho it fit the installers did not know how to read a tape measure in my opinion and i think the installers just did not want to do the job i then went to Best Buy in person and talk to the manager and the manger seemed to be clueless on how to handle the situation after wasting two hour in the store were I purchased the refrigerator i ask for a refund by far the worse experience i every had with and appliance i will never shop at Best Buy again …… you lost a customer. The crazy part of the whole experience was when i first order the refrigerator i told then they have to remove the door off Best Buy was quick to take my money but did not think of listening to me with my request also Best Buy said they do not remove door ?off refrigerator lie to me because two customer in the store said they removed door for there install so i guess the men they sent was too lazy to do there job hear i will never shop at Best Buy again
