Our 3rd fridge from Best Buy!

I am so glad that BB offers installation. Their people are knowledgeable and so polite. I have used this service every time I have made a big ticket purchase! They made sure that the water dispenser was working and advised me that it could take up to 24 hours for ice to be produced.

INSTALLATION

Installed with no problem to existing water connection. They even helped with moving a piece of furniture that was too heavy for me to move so they could get the refrigerator through a door. They even helped me empty the old refrigerator so they could haul it away, cannot say enough about how helpful they were.

The second crew that came to install the refrigerator 4 days later was outstanding, knew exactly what needed to be done, just by looking at it and did it in probably 35 min. most of that was taking the protective tapes off the new refrigerator.
