The lead man hooked the water/ice and reviewed functions with me. They stayed to make sure ice and water were working and emphasized disposal of initial ice ouput for health safety reasons.My best install process.

Great Installation

The delivery guys re-arranged their schedule to bring the unit to its proper location, deep in South Dakota's Black Hills. They were friendly, efficient and good-humored despite the inconvenience to which they had been put by store personnel. Instead of being angry, as the day began, by afternoon we were very pleased by this above-and-beyond service.

Frigidair Refrigerator Install

The dimensions shown on the website and confirmed by phone were incorrect and it wouldn't fit through the door into our kitchen. We had no choice but to return it for credit. Very disappointing.

New LG Refrigerator

We did cut off the cabinet above the refrigerator so it was ready for installation. We also had to take off the woodwork. It was a tight fit but the Best Buy guys did a great job. They explained things to us and had it plugged in and ready to go when they left. We couldn't have got that refrig in ourselves. Thank goodness for their great installation crew. Quick and tidy.
