Excellent product. No regrets!! The installation was fast and professional

We had Best Buy install the new refrigerator that we purchased. They did a good job. They were professional and took precautions during the pandemic.

It went flawlessly. From removing my old beast to installing. Guys couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.

Install guy’s were great. Everything was connected and set up very well.

The installation was simple since I already had an existing waterline from my previous refrigerator.

The delivery team was very careful in unpacking the refrigerator and in bringing it into the house. The connected the water line and tested it to make sure there were no leaks and was working correctly. They also made sure to remove all tape and wrappings as well making sure that all the various trays were properly installed. The technician also ran through the features and what to expect in the refrigerator operation during the first 24 hours.

Best Buy subcontracts this work out. Workers arrived and then could not find where the current water line came through from the old fridge, as they were looking about 8 ft away from the basement looking up to the floor. They pulled on my copper line and broke it and did not realize it. Later after hooking it up it leaked and we did not discover this until about 4 hours later. Now, the two workers were very nice and we of course tipped them after completing the work. They did not go over how to operate the Fridge. That would be a nice thing to have for someone to demonstrate all of the features and to help hook up the smart wifi settings as a car dealer does when purchasing a brand new car. We purchased all new appliances and they were supposed to install the gas range and double wall oven as well and we cancelled those installations and waiting to get a refund on those two as we had our kitchen contractor install them instead.

Fast and reliable everything done in 15 minutes. Deliverymen insisted me to inspect fridge and ask any questions before they left.

They arrived as expected and installed on a timely manner. They cleaned up accordingly.

Installer was very fast hooking this up, and is was ready to go.
