Installation was included with the purchase of the refrigerator. The techs carefully installed the waterline to the ref and hauled away the old machine. Quite happy with it!

Jared was very accommodating, knowledgeable and quick. He made the delivery date work within our very tight timelines. He, Chance and Christian took out our old refrigerator (which needed the doors taken off and our sliding glass door removed to get the appliance out of the house) and brought in the new refrigerator in a very short period of time. They hooked it up, took all the packaging away and explained about the filter and ice maker.

Had them install my new heavy fridge... they brought it up to the second floor without complaint and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Even offered a few tips for use! Quite please

The installation service people were on time, and were very careful as they brought in the new fridge and removed the old fridge. They quickly installed and cleaned up, and were gone in no time.

You can't go wrong with TotalTech Installation. The crew they send for this installation was top notch, They had to deliver the refrigerator to the basement, navigating a tight stairwell. One piece of advice for Best Buy, give the install crew some idea where they are installing the device. In my case, they had no idea where the refrigerator was going, nor were they told they had to haul away the old unit.
