When I received my first fridge it stopped working within 3 days. The rep was amazing and helped do an exchange and got it scheduled asap. The day of the delivery arrived and they had to reschedule but new fridge is perfect.

Install was to existing water supply. Ws done quickly and correctly.

Just make sure you have everything hooked up for ice maker and water dispenser. We were missing a small part and so they couldn't connect the ice maker / water. So paid for installation but all they did was plug it in cuz they couldn't connect the water. This was the second time that the fridge was delivered and this team was much more accommodating.

Delivery guys used this setup to install my new Samsung refrigerator in less than 20 mins. They removed my old plastic lines with the new stainless steel lines.

This is a great product. We chose this one to replace a side-by-side that was just a little smaller, but had far, far less capacity than this. Features are great, too.

Good refrigerator . Perfect size. The two freezer sides with separate doors are a good feature. The only drawback is no water filter.

It’s a fridge, it works. The issues I had was geek squad. They were supposed to deliver and install fridge. The first guy showed up in the morning without fridge and scared my wife. He gave number to call him as I wasn’t home. He didn’t answer the phone. Another crew showed up but said they couldn’t install it because they didn’t have the tools. I thought that was there job. I had to drive to Best Buy 3 days in a row to try to get my fridge and have it installed. 2 of the times were at night. I have poor vision at night and this was dangerous for me. Both of the crews that showed up made promises they did not keep. I finally was able to get people to come out to install it after the third day trying. At least 6 people showed up. Overkill? Their “installation was plugging in the fridge. That’s it. They would plug the water line from the old fridge. I had to drive to Lowe’s and pay only $5 for a plug. I cut the line and put in plug. Took like 2 minutes. They are telling me they can’t do that? They left me with a situation where we couldn’t use water. I gave a 3 year old autistic son who needs certain things. Water and a fridge are certainly among them. If you want them to install a surround sound system, will they not do it because they aren’t electricians? The fridge itself is ok, but don’t expect much from the geek squad, they are terrible. I will never buy an appliance from them again.

The Best Buy delivery guy brought this new fridge/freezer to my high rise condo and installed it in under 10 minutes total. Very efficient and easy.

Set up new refrigerator. Answer all our questions. Gave us advise on stocking and proper ventilation of new unit.
