The install was very quick and simple. No issues at all

The team that delivered our refrigerator did a great job connecting it to the line from our existing reverse osmosis water system. They ensured that there was no leak before leaving.

The 2 men that delivered and installed our fridge were very respectful and did a great job, Would want them again for future deliveries.

They came to my house and connected the refrigerator with the existing water line. As my house has already provision for this kind of refrigerator, they did not have any issue.

Well the first frig had a broken wire at the bottom right door , noticing that with the first delivery guys and showing them and their delivering this info back to the store lead to our getting another new frig … that took a couple of weeks but we got another and everything went fine so … these things happen … Best Buy came through and we are all set now … so 5 stars for communication and delivery of a great product … thanks

The installation went extremely smooth and i have had no issues.

My install guys were very polite. I did, however, realize after they left that the fridge was all the way against the wall and the handbook said it needed to be 5 inches from the wall or it could damage the compressor. With no casters on fridge, I called & they said they'd come back the next day but was not needed because I figured out that I could push the unit into place on the concrete floor of my garage.

Great people were so nice!! Would recommend this team for sure!!

Refrigerator has been installed very professionally. Installation guy made big scratch on my new floor but its okay.
