Refrigerator has been installed very professionally. Installation guy made big scratch on my new floor but its okay.

This is a review of a water line my house already has so you don’t have to worry about doing one yourself. Or saying I need to purchase more hose kits. In the end I have a water line hose that was already waiting to be connected that I had to cut the main water valve off to my house and then go cut it on myself because the cut off valve was behind the dishwasher! Good thing I know where the main valve is, lol! So this review is weird cause I have no idea what to say! We had a water line already there! Thank you

Because my back door wasn't large enough, the installers had to come through my front door to remove my old French-door refrigerator and install my new side-by-side refrigerator. I have a storm door. Rather than taking a chance, they disconnected the closer on the storm door and actually removed my 8' tall front door in order to accomplish their tasks. They were in and out within an hour. Very neat and tidy as well as efficient. BTW, I have wood floors and, as I expected, not a mark.

Refrigerator seems to be pretty good. Had a hard time with installation and no water line was hooked up after I told them I had no previous water to refrigerator. Bought the water line hook up kit. Installers brought fridge in and left water line. Not sure if I can return kit. Not going to pay for a plumber to come out at their cost to put in water line.

Unfortunately I used to buy appliances and traditional home improvement stores. The home installation service was sub par. Then, I became introduced to the luxury version of home installation services, which is the Geek Squad. The service, personal attention, education, and knowledge that is received from the Geek Squad technicians is hands down the best their is out there. I highly recommend them on every level

This was a replacement of the one that went out & the Best Buy employees were awesome & helpful.
