    My appliance was delivered 7:30am and I was advised that another team will be arriving to complete the installation. At 5:00pm I called to check the status and the installation was marked completed. I was offered an appointment a week later which I declined. We got this! On the other hand, I absolutely LOVE my new refrigerator!

    It’s my 4th time of delivery of this order. In every delivery there was a problem. Now I’m waiting for a new delivery on January 11. It was supposed to be today January 4th but yesterday I receive a notification that I have to make a reschedule. Very disappointed with this purchase. Quality is ok.

    Working fridge but the doors don’t close right , they tried to get it right but in the end the doors are at an angle where you take extra effort to close or sle it won’t close properly and the air will escape, notice how you have to lift the door for it to close or else

    I would give zero star's if I could. They dropped it off and scheduled an install of same refrigerator two weeks later. I can't go without refrigeration as I just picked up a 90 day supply of three different insulins that need to be refrigerated. They even damaged my wall.

    I normally love Best Buy. And I have had a washer, dryer, TV, and dishwasher installed by them and it's been great. Quick delivery, called with a time like the website says. This time they didn't call the night before, just 20 minutes before they came. Irritating only because I thought maybe they forgot my delivery, but no big deal. Unfortunately they damaged my wall bringing out my old refrigerator and installing my new one. This isn't why I am giving them one star. I totally understand accidents happen. What is BEYOND frustrating is their response. And I think this might be outsourced, or corporate, but either way Best Buy's name is attached and it is terrible. I STILL don't have a response about what they are going to do to fix my wall and it's been over a month. I've had to call multiple times, get transferred around, told to email after I was told someone would call me after 24 hours, and still NO RESPONSE. I don't know what they would do - fix it, refund part of the cost, whatever, but they should at least do something to improve this abysmal customer service.

    I dont know if this refrigerator or this brand is all like this but every since the day they deliver the fridge and left i found that the freezer wont close . I overlooked it and now am about be out of a $959 fridge. Loss.

    Freezer door was removed to allow access to the kitchen but it was reinstalled improperly. It took several attempts to resolve the issue and in the process 2 screws that attach the freezer door were lost. Shipping plastic was poorly removed. I am still trying to remove pink plastic pieces from the entire unit. See photos.

    Very poor service on installation, they left in the middle of living room and reason given was not real. I had to install it myself later. Doors are damaged and technician took forever to get back to me. Still issues not resolved.

    My refrigerator doors are uneven I've tried dealing with customer service to fix it and have been pushed off on whirlpool scheduled appointment for best buy to service today no one showed up and now I'm stuck with a defective product no one willing to help. This is the worst experience I will never shop from best buy again!

    Finally got this fridge delivered after waiting about five months. Unfortunately it was delivered with a sizable dent on the side. Waiting on “someone else” from geek squad to call me back because the geek squad representative I spoke with couldn’t do anything for me.

    Came damaged with a huge ding in the door and they did not install the waterline kit and I did not receive it when I purchased it for the install. Very poor all over by Best Buy workers. The fridge is nice if it did not come damaged.

    Two guys showed up that didn’t speak English, and tried to get away with just dropping it off. Had I not been assertive it wouldn’t have been installed. I should have called to have someone else to hook it up as they damaged my trim trying to jam it through a doorway vs taking off the doors.

    2nd try on a FIFTH DELIVERY OF A REFRIGERATOR ( first was an Insignia brand )The bottom ventilation panel was loose both times with this model. First time missing a piece leaving a gap and the seal was not glued consistently down the inside of the door. Second replacement of model, sane loose ventilation issue and leaking water on inside. So unfortunate, because otherwise the refrigerator is nice looking and the compartments are what I was looking for. This is my 5th refrigerator from Best Buy. I have to now return and get yet another replacement. *****Absolutely the worst delivery service experience with the company that they have deliver. Every time here it was a problem. They were rude, rushing and I am still appalled.

    This review/rating is for delivery service. Purchase made in Oct 2020, but delivery was Feb 2021. After waiting for nearly 4 months for our new refrigerator, we were excited to have it delivered. Prior to actual delivery, we’ve had several false alarms/notifications. So, my wife was counting on a phone call to allow time to empty current refrigerator. This was not the case. Call made about 10min prior and only gave her about 15min. Then, proceeded to her that old one wouldn’t “fit” in relocation space - would have to disassemble and would NOT reassemble. This, they placed it in garage- had to be asked to move near a plug vice middle of garage. They were in a rush and it showed. The new appliance was hastily put together - left stickers, foam, had scratches (pics attached) and didn’t go over unit prior to leaving. We figured it out, but overall very bad service. I hope Best Buy doesn’t use them again.
