Excellent. No problem. Delivery workers set up new refrigerator fast, and it went smoothly. No problems.

Install went smooth and easy. They were in and out within 30 mins. They were on time and showed care with everything they did.

It took a few visits to make it right, but Best Buy showed consistent support until it was made right. I haven't had one since I was a kid (52 now) so I am really enjoying this!

Main guy who we interacted with was fast and friendly. When we asked him to do a few things like nudge it this way or that way, he was super nice. Overall, a pleasant experience

My refrigerator was delivered and installed with care. They were very careful and did not leave a mess. They flushed the water line at my request and were very professional.

Since delivery was free, I have no real complaints. They did an excellent job with the delivery on the second floor of my house. Everything went smoothly except for one scratch which they were very honest about. Discussed operational use and were very friendly in the process. Care center took care of the scratch after a few long calls. Would recommend their services though.

Well the first frig had a broken wire at the bottom right door , noticing that with the first delivery guys and showing them and their delivering this info back to the store lead to our getting another new frig … that took a couple of weeks but we got another and everything went fine so … these things happen … Best Buy came through and we are all set now … so 5 stars for communication and delivery of a great product … thanks

The refrigerator has been amazing. Smaller than our previous, but also has different space that allows for different coverage. The freezer being a pull out freezer has made the use of it incredible. One of the better purchases I've made. Devin did a great job assisting us with this purchase as well.
