On time and efficient. They had to disassemble the fridge that was coming out and they had to partially disassemble and reassemble the new one in order to get thru the front door. This was done without delay and with clear attention to detail. They were familiar with the product and answered all questions.

Two guys were quick, efficient, friendly, and took care not to damage anything.

Pretty professional installation overall of the fridge/freezer, levelled, removed film, etc. Installers were respectful of not damaging floors, steps, etc. Didn't want to have to take the room door off its hinges to get the fridge through, but ended up having to because of the curvature of the fridge door--said removal of the hinges resulted in black oil stains all over the room door, but that can be fixed by painting over hopefully

Using Best Buy to install our new refrigerator was simple and easy. They were on time and were very efficient. Handled our refrigerator with care and it was up and running in no time. They even showed us how to clean the stainless steel doors and how to set the temperature.

If you're not really familiar with how to install a fridge I highly recommend this to go along with your purchase. The gentleman that delivered my new fridge was very knowledgeable and professional in installing it and gave me a run down on what he did.

2 people came to deliver our new fridge. They came towards the early part of the given time and gave me a call when they were 30 minutes away. They went above and beyond. The carried the fridge up outside stairs and carefully removed the front door to get the fridge inside the house. They had to work to get the fridge into a tight space and dealt with a tricky water line for the ice cube maker. They wore masks the entire time and kept distance during delivery. The were vey pleasant and professional. I would use them every time if possible!

Our installation was flawless, easy and fast. Our refrigerator was ready to use in minutes. Very pleased!

The refrigerator is fine. The delivery & installation was mind boggling bad. Best Buy should do a lot of due diligence to the 3rd part delivery services/install companies. It was bad!
