Samsung refrigerator

Had a hard time with installation and no water line was hooked up after I told them I had no previous water to refrigerator. Bought the water line hook up kit. Installers brought fridge in and left water line. Not sure if I can return kit. Not going to pay for a plumber to come out at their cost to put in water line.

My Fiance did it!

Took necessary steps to avoid damaging the appliance, door openings and walls. Made decision to purchase from Best Buy based on delivery and install reputation . Sales associate was extremely helpful also.

Arrived on time, removed refrigerator being returned, unpacked and assembled handles and interior on new replacement refrigerator, carried it into the home using functional web-type lifting and carrying belts, installed water tubing and started-up unit. Lastly gave recommendations for initial use including when to put in waiting food and proper flushing for water and ice. Very professional team.
