They might as well just dump it next to the garage. They carry no tools and refuse to help with the simplest things. Everything else was fine from Best Buy but your delivery policy sucks

Fast and easy

They came and got everything ready outside, then removed my olde refreig and intalled the new one within 10 minutes. But I am not sure if it is the problem with new refreig or problem with installation, I have to shut the door hard to close it. The old one didn't need much effort, it just tend to stay closed.

LG Fridge w/install

They had to disassemble the fridge that was coming out and they had to partially disassemble and reassemble the new one in order to get thru the front door. This was done without delay and with clear attention to detail. They were familiar with the product and answered all questions.
