this fridge is amazing for the price and looks amazing. the delivery guys were fantastic and moved my old fridge to the man cave.

Worst ever and very frustrating. Installers had to remove the doors off to get the fridge into the house (we were told by Best Buy this shouldn't be an issue). When they put the doors back on, they were crooked and the doors did not close properly. Also the "slam resistant" doors are "not possible." Geek Squad came out to check the doors and said we needed to order new parts - on a brand new fridge that was only 4 days old. We decided to do an even exchange. Next installers showed up, never took the new fridge off the truck, saw the old fridge, took our tools and said that Best Buy would be calling us. We thought they had to get something from the truck - THEY LEFT WITH THE TOOLS that came with the fridge. I've spoken with at least 9 people to complain about the horrible job - and THEY ALL LIE. We were told our floor was not even which is why the fridge doors were crooked - what?!?! Then we were told the reason they left was because there were too many hoses coming out of the fridge - um, there was one. And we shut off the water and removed the water hose ourselves...there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service - they said they'd call us back and they NEVER DID. If I could give negative stars I would. NEVER BUY A FRIDGE FROM BEST BUY.

Terrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. What a horrible experience we first get the refrigerator ordered in store with the rep on the floor because he was adamant on helping us so he orders online for us. Come delivery day the delivery driver tells me that they did not put on the order for installing the refrigerator in my house and when I mean, installing it means to take off the door in order to bring the refrigerator in the house so they said they didn’t have time for me and told me that he was going to leave the refrigerator on my porch told him no take it back with him so I call customer service told them my experience what had happened and how I needed to schedule another delivery. The guy apologize on the phone said that he scheduled the next service that was available so I said OK thanks still aggravated got patient and awaited then my emails were telling me something totally different. Come to find out they put the refrigerator as delivered, but not delivered and only scheduled me somebody to install a refrigerator that is obviously not at my house Which was the customer service‘s fault. Me being upset went back to Best Buy. Spoke to the manager there he had to fix everything schedule our installment at a later date, which is an inconvenience so we wait we wait and come our delivery day again we still did not get our refrigerator or a call back from anybody And it’s 7:00 PM the end of business day can’t speak to anybody. This is a terrible company I will never buy anything else from this company because they are all not on the same page when it comes to communication this is terrible. I spend $1300 on some thing that I haven’t had in three weeks. How stupid is this? Seems to me that nobody wants to help and all I want is my refrigerator. How hard can this be?

The delivery/install team did an awesome job. Very professional and efficient.

The two men who came to install my refrigerator followed COVID guidelines. They were safe and they were quick to install my fridge.

The mechanics came and drop it off and even helped carried it in the house! Super job and helping to carry in and installing! Didn’t buy ice maker- but it was wonderful!
